We checked in around 3 PM on January 19th, 2026. A special shout-out to the two young women at the front desk! We were a family of four, and my 8-year-old daughter raved about them. Because we had a large suitcase, they patiently showed us around to see rooms that suited our needs, and then kindly offered desserts and fruit to keep the little one from getting hungry. These two front desk staff greatly enhanced the hotel's reputation. The hotel's location is also excellent, super close to the old town. Highly recommended!

The room was quite clean, but the vanity design was inefficient; water easily spilled out, and my toiletries bag either got wet on the counter or there was nowhere to put it. The hotel toiletries were only in a resealable bag, containing just a toothbrush and toothpaste, and there were no hand towels on the vanity! The experience wasn't great! Furthermore, the service was unsatisfactory. After entering the room, I called the front desk and learned they didn't have a crib. Since I have a 2-year-old who doesn't sleep well and I was worried about him falling out of bed, I wanted to upgrade the room by paying the difference. However, they refused the upgrade, saying I had used the vanity (washed my hands upon entering) and sat on the bed, and the housekeeping staff had already left. They said they would change the room and couldn't resell it, and even suggested I book another room. As a regular member of Huazhu Hotels Group, I can understand, but I can't! This outcome was definitely unsatisfactory!

Because I needed to wait for the train at night, I set an hourly room to change clothes. The hotel is about five minutes away from Dali Station. It is super convenient. I troubled the front desk lady to arrange a location close to the laundry room. I gave us a free upgrade. The room was super clean and tidy. The bedding was soft. When I left, the little brother at the front desk also helped with the luggage. The staff at the front desk were super warm and caring! Draw a perfect end to our trip to Dali ～

The hotel is right next to the ancient city of Dali. There are many shops on the opposite side of the small electric walk. The hotel is in a small yard. Sleeping at night is very quiet. Everything is fine. We are on the second floor. The washing machine dryer does not need to go to the first floor. It is very convenient. It is that the breakfast is a bit late. The location of the breakfast room is insufficient, but the front desk staff also attaches great importance to our opinions. It is an apology and a variety of souvenirs. It is not easy to work. The hotel management, rather than pressure the front desk, is better to really consider the problem from the perspective of consumers to solve the problem to improve the customer's stay experience. Now it is not easy to earn money or give a good review.

Huazhu Hotels is the top choice for travel! We happened to find a newly opened Hanting Hotel in the city center this time. It was incredibly clean and cozy, and the receptionist was super enthusiastic and energetic! She recommended many hotels to us, and the breakfast rice noodles were absolutely delicious!

Opposite the hotel is Erhai Lake, and less than 100 meters next to it is Erhai Park. There are places to eat if you go west, and transportation and dining are very convenient. Before coming, the lady at the front desk called to remind you that there may be noise from the road in the terrace room, and the room is equipped with I had ear plugs, but luckily I didn't use them. Open the window of the terrace room and you can see the sea, and the scenery is also very good.
