It's very close to the MRT Xihu Station. There are a lot of things to eat, drink and have fun around. It's a very good place. The rooms are neat and clean, and everything is not too old. It's a good place for business trips. It's close to Miramar. It's a pretty good place. choice

Hotel is nice and cozy, in a calm area of Taipei. Breakfast is modest but food really delicious. Stuff are friendly and helpful.

Excellent location and fantastic food options at the food court located in the same building as the hotel. Staff were helpful, patient and accommodating to the various request of mine. More importantly, room hygiene and cleanliness is top notch.

Most of staff we met are friendly. Especially the male receptionist is extremely professional and helpful. Great location, nice breakfast and spacious room.

the hotel is a bit packed, compared to other worldwide Marriott. But, I love the hotel and gym, really nice with good views, especially the staff service, 6 star, very helpful and caring

Very spacious room & windows can be opened, meaning that ventilation is excellent.  Breakfast is mainly local style, with lots of veggie that I like. Metro is 10-15 min away. Nearest shopping district is Miramar & 3-4 metro stations away. If you are looking for quiet local experience, this is a very good choice. Relatively new but away from major scenic spots. More convenient if you choose to take local buses. We like its deco & also very clean bathroom. Housekeeping is excellent overall. Highly recommended & will visit again. ☺️

This is one of the nicest and most luxurious properties in Neihu. The staff is always waiting and ready to help. For me, the lack of English speakers on staff is a small touch when it comes to request. It seems like most people at the hotel are there to eat as the line for the restaurants is always out the door. The facilities are also a plus with big playroom for the kids, pool with a big tv behind it, and a well equipped gym. The rooms are very spacious and well thought out. The bedding on the other hand is one thing that really bothers me, but that's more of a personal preference (haven't had a great night's sleep the two times I've stayed). Also the 4pm check in/11am checkout is definitely a minus compared to the standard 3pm/noon checkout.

An amazing hotel near the mountains, right next to palace museum so I enjoyed lots of days walking around with no one else there. The vibe is very well done and calming, it’s a natural wooden feel with suits the mountain scenery. The staff were amazing and always doing their best to check in with me. Of course it’s a bit far from the centre but there’s many bus routes you can take and Shilin station is only a few minutes. Genuinely such a nice place to stay and really calmed me during my travel.
