"Excellent service! This was my first time in Linyi, and this hotel wasn't initially on my radar. All the places I wanted were fully booked, so I decided to give this one a try. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I interacted with provided exceptional service. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, even better than those at more expensive hotels I stayed at later. I never had to open the car door myself; the bell staff would always rush over to do it. The room was spacious and very clean. The housekeeping staff neatly organized our belongings every day. We were given a high-floor river view room, which had great natural light, but the blackout curtains worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable, and complimentary coffee was a nice touch. Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially if you're traveling with kids."

"The newly opened Crowne Plaza in Linyi Olympic Sports Centre is fantastic, with excellent facilities all around. I had a very satisfying stay! The service was warm and attentive, the room was spacious and bright, and the amenities were new and comprehensive. Breakfast was extensive, and the check-out process was super quick. It offers incredible value for money, and I particularly want to thank Janice Xu, my loyal customer manager, for her exceptional service. "Leaving the hotel with a heavy heart, this marks my third stay at Mr. Du Hotel. Each visit brings a new story. On my last stay, I accidentally left an item of clothing behind. This time, shortly after I checked in, Sister Yu from the 12th floor promptly returned it to me, delivering it right to my room. I understood then that it wasn't just about a piece of clothing; it reflected the thoughtful dedication and effort of all the hotel staff. It genuinely warmed my heart, truly touched me. A simple 'thank you' felt utterly inadequate. Then there's a second story: Today, I had an early start, needing to leave for Beijing at 6:00 AM, but breakfast officially begins at 7:00 AM. I mentioned this to the restaurant server, who said she would check with her supervisor. The next day, when I checked out at 6:00 AM, the kind lady at the front desk handed me a breakfast box. Due to the tight schedule, I didn't get a chance to ask for the name of the server in the restaurant. This time, a 'thank you' simply doesn't convey my immense gratitude. My deepest respect goes out to the staff, and kudos to Mr. Du Hotel. Through your actions, you truly embody and exemplify what 'service awareness' and the 'true essence of service' are all about."

"After comparing many options on the platform for my trip to Linyi, I chose the Yihe Hotel, and it was a very wise decision – I'm extremely satisfied. The value for money is excellent, and the stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a garden-style design with a lake and beautiful scenery; the grounds are spacious, the views are lovely, and the air is fresh. The architecture is grand and elegant, giving it a high-end, impressive feel. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with high ceilings and plenty of room, making them comfortable and relaxing. The facilities are comprehensive and high-quality. The bedding is soft and luxurious. Every day, they deliver a fruit plate and special local snacks, which was a pleasant surprise. The Chinese restaurant on the first floor has a spacious and elegant dining environment, and the dishes are excellent in color, aroma, taste, and presentation. Both the stir-fried chicken and lamb soup were delicious. The female servers were gentle and polite, bringing tea, serving dishes, packing leftovers, and handling the bill with a kind and approachable attitude. The breakfast buffet is very rich, and you can even try local Linyi specialties. It was fantastic! A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff: when they saw I had washed clothes, they added a four-wheeled drying rack to my room and left two packets of laundry detergent with a note. These two small details truly warmed my heart and touched me. So thoughtful! Thumbs up! Thank you! Upon check-in, we also received vouchers for happy hour coffee and a choice of one of five signature dishes at Yugefang, which was great! I've stayed in many state guesthouses across the country while traveling, and not many of them could earn a five-diamond rating. The Yihe Hotel is the best among all the ones we've stayed at. Details convey warmth, and details determine excellence. I highly recommend the Yihe Hotel for anyone visiting Linyi!"

"The parking lot has ample spaces, the plaza is large, and parking is free. The lobby manager, Ms. Liu Xin, was very welcoming, and the front desk staff were also very professional. The concierge provided luggage storage, excellent assistance with getting in and out of vehicles, and package pickup services. Overall, the experience was excellent. The rooms have large, bright windows, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby. Transportation is very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Hot towels and warm water were available at the bar for handwashing."
