"The service was indeed excellent. Before arriving, I saw various reviews and pictures, which prepared me for the hotel's situation. It's true that in an emerging market, older five-star hotels that don't keep up with the times can face significant challenges. However, the human element of service is dynamic, and as a benchmark in the service/hotel industry, every staff member here left a great impression on me. The concierge asked if I needed a carry bag when storing my luggage; when I told them I didn't need housekeeping the next day and requested a bottle of water, the attendant immediately gave me four. For my two-night stay, I was provided with welcome fruit, and upon checkout, I was even given packed fruit and snacks to take with me. The room's cleanliness and facilities were generally very good. The surrounding environment is perfect for a slow-paced trip. Highly recommended."

The rooms have large, bright windows, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby. Transportation is very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

YYidaduoyunAs a Linyi person who left his hometown, I was very surprised and very happy to live in such a high-quality resort hotel in my hometown. I did some homework before I came, and I also reported a lot of expectations. Generally speaking, I was quite satisfied.
Environment: First class, no need to say! The scenery and air in the mountains are very pleasant. The two days we went were cloudy, but it was also very beautiful. I believe that different weather will have different scenery.
Facilities: I didn't leave the hotel for two days and one night. There are still many overall play facilities, suitable for taking a vacation. There is a vegetable plot that conforms to the day, and guests can pick and eat. There is a large book bar, outdoor pool, bar coffee shop... There is also a fitness room and meditation room. Some activities are organized at various times every day, and the campfire party in the evening is fun.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean; there were no stains or odors in the corners or the bathroom. The bedding was soft, and I slept very soundly. The front desk staff were friendly, and the check-in process was efficient. They responded promptly to any requests. The soundproofing was good, so it was very quiet at night. All the facilities were well-maintained and functional. For the price, it offers excellent value for money. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

GGuest UserIt was truly exceptional, a pleasant surprise. I initially chose it because it's close to the train station, but it turned out to be wonderful. It even had a bathtub, was incredibly clean, and despite the cloudy or rainy weather, the blankets were incredibly soft. My child was delighted and said they would definitely stay at this hotel again. The buffet breakfast was also excellent and plentiful; I highly recommend buying the package that includes breakfast – it's great value!

BBegunWe stayed in the building next to hotel which is the annex of the hotel. Staff are very friendly, the hotel room is clean and tidy, the price is very cheap for the service they have provided. Note: the elevator of the annex building is scary we even wanted to change our hotel when we got the elevator but the hotel floor was so nice.

The variety here is already richer than other places I've stayed, which is something to commend. The hotel lobby is grand, and the facilities are all new and very convenient to use. The service, too, is beyond words! As soon as I walked in, the front desk staff smiled at me and even proactively offered children's slippers and toothbrushes for my kids. The attention to detail is impressive, and everything is clean, with comfortable bedding. I slept so peacefully the whole night. [Strong][Strong][Strong]

GGuest UserDuring my stay at the hotel during the trial operation period, all staff members, from the front desk to the security guards, were very proactive and enthusiastic, resolving any issues that arose. Highly commendable!
However, the hotel is brand new and still has a lingering smell of construction materials. Opening preparations were insufficient; many areas that the hotel should have inspected before opening were not adequately checked. Disposable cups and toilet seat covers were not provided, the washing machines were not working properly, and the laundry room was not clean enough. These instances of management creating problems for guests and causing distress for employees are not isolated incidents. The hotel's eagerness to open, spending money on promotional campaigns on platforms like Xiaohongshu, would be far less effective than focusing on solid work and providing genuine reviews in the comments section. Wouldn't that be far more effective than influencer marketing?
