Service was outstanding, room was clean at all times and items were always stocked. Elevator in the building is quite old and hotel is shared amongst other hotels/apartments. The pool is placed in an awkward area as, it is a small section in the lobby not big enough to swim in more for decoration. Has a small gym equiped with basic dumbbells and some cardio machines. The room with the inbuilt spa/bath is very good, would highly recommend getting this as it’s a nice touch to see the city view whilst in the bath.

This hotel is too cost-effective. At the beginning, I found a homestay. It was very good to see the network. After I arrived, I was disappointed. The hardware facilities were too bad and dirty. We took the family out to play six people this time. In order to make the family have fun, there is a comfortable rest environment. That night, I was going to change places to choose a hotel on the Internet. This hotel also has a hot spring. Unfortunately, I didn’t get washed every time I came back too late. This breakfast was also very good. There were souvenirs. The transportation was convenient. Everything was good. The family was very satisfied. The front desk was very good. The hotel lobby is well designed, but the only downside is that the toilet has a weird flow. You have to go into the shower room first before entering the toilet. The hotel is really beautiful, the rooms are spacious, very clean, integrated with Alexa and has a very nice projector TV. It is close to many restaurants and shops. However, management needs to improve drastically. First of all, breakfast was super weak. It has a limited selection and looks like it was last night’s leftovers. No coffee at all. It was disappointing for such a big and pricy hotel. Secondly, Reception looks like a bunch of teenagers who are hanging out in the reception area for pocket money during a Summer vacation. They don’t understand a simple question (translated to Chinese) such as “can you order us a taxi” and does not convey a message to House Cleaning. We asked in Chinese to not disturb us in the room and no need to clean the room, and still someone walked into our room. It is a problem that there is not a “Do not disturb” sign in the room but this in unacceptable to walk in and disturb us after clearly asking not to. Thirdly, smoking inside the lobby seems to be allowed by employees. The hotel has potential since it’s a unique design and clearly a lot of money was invested but this weak management ruins it.
