"Highly recommended for a 'hotel staycation' with kids. The room type is excellent, the food is great, and there are plenty of activities. The hotel's culinary team consistently delivers high-quality dishes; if you're looking for authentic Cantonese flavors, I definitely recommend getting the package that includes food and accommodation. After your meal, you can take the kids for a swim, or if you prefer not to get wet, there's a gym. The huge garden on the first floor feels like a mini Grand View Garden, offering an experience of old-school luxury. The rooms are a bit older but very clean, and you can really feel the meticulous care in their operation and management, with top-notch service. We happened upon a September package that allowed for an upgrade to a suite – highly recommended!"

"I forgot to take pictures of the room, but the service was good, and it was clean. It's a newly opened hotel, and they even upgraded my room for free. The bedding was excellent, and I slept very comfortably. The toilet in the bathroom was smart, and the curtains were automatic. It was very quiet at night. Turning left downstairs, it's a short walk to Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street. Highly recommended, I'll definitely come again."

"Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was odor-free, toiletries were complete, and the mattress was on the softer side. Perfect stay! There were plenty of local eateries downstairs, and getting around by taxi was very convenient. The front desk was very responsive, and the overall price was affordable, making it a great value for money option. This hotel is a reliable choice for business trips, with meticulous housekeeping throughout the room. Parking facilities are excellent, check-in was quick, and the amenities were well-maintained. JackydiscoThis All Seasons Hotel branch has the most thoughtfully designed rooms compared to others nationwide. Despite its proximity to the train station and mediocre soundproofing between rooms, it's generally quiet. Laundry service is available. My only two complaints are: first, the breakfast was the exact same every day during my four-day stay, with about a 90% repetition rate. Second, the two elevators are ten meters apart, forcing guests to choose one or the other. What a bizarre design choice.

They made us feel immediately welcome and even arranged our rooms ahead of the standard check-in time. A special mention must go to Ms. Liang (Siau Liang), who provided exemplary professional service throughout our stay. Understanding the logistics of traveling with a large family, she thoughtfully arranged our two booked rooms right next to each other for our convenience. Because we were staying for 5 nights, she even took the initiative to upgrade one of our rooms to make this layout possible. This level of care and consideration made a massive difference to our trip.The cleanliness and design of the entire property were highly impressive. Our rooms were absolutely spotless, well-maintained, and featured a sleek, modern, yet simple aesthetic. My child and their friend were traveling alone for the first time, and I was quite anxious about them being away from home. I had originally booked a king-sized bed, but the front desk kindly upgraded us to a twin room at a discounted rate, which was so thoughtful. When they checked in, the front desk even called me to verify information before giving them the room key, which made me feel very secure. My child had an early flight the next day and was worried about oversleeping, so I contacted the front desk for a wake-up call. The staff responded quickly and were very efficient. The room was clean and comfortable, and they had a very peaceful stay. Overall, the service was exceptionally reliable, and the attention to detail was excellent. I was very satisfied with this stay and would choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

The rooms were fine, but I have to give a negative review for the concierge service. I was with my child and in a hurry to register my car plate number before heading out. However, the concierge, a man with glasses, was engaging in a lengthy and polite conversation with a foreigner and completely ignored us. Even though I was standing there with my child for several minutes, no one bothered to approach us. I finally had to interrupt their enthusiastic chat to ask if someone else or the check-in desk could register my car plate. I received a cold and quick 'no' – a stark contrast to the warm interaction he had with the foreign guest. After waiting for a long time and seeing no end to their conversation, and with my one-year-old getting restless, I went to the check-in counter to ask if they could help with the car plate. It was then that a nearby check-in staff member took us back to the concierge desk, where someone there *did* register my car plate. I was utterly confused! Turns out, it *was* possible. So, is concierge service only reserved for foreign guests, and we don't even deserve a smile? He knew I had a baby and had been waiting for almost ten minutes, yet he was completely indifferent. This is hard to assess... The hotel facilities and cleanliness were fine. The doorman when we left was very enthusiastic. The breakfast, to be honest, was really just mediocre! The French toast was alright, but the rest was truly unremarkable... especially the waffles, which were hard and unappetizing, and the eggs were very average. Three days, two nights – next time I visit friends in Guangzhou, I definitely won't choose this place again! Though I was happy they upgraded my room type when they saw I had a small baby.

IULIAN KOSTIUKThe hotel rooms are clean and well-equipped; my room even had a projector! There are also small balconies with a table—perfect for chatting in the morning or evening. By the way, the view is quite nice for a hotel located on the upper floors; they’ve set up a small park on the 18th floor, which looks lovely.
Another plus is the toilet—unusual for China—featuring a heated seat and even a bidet! I tried it for the first time ever, and it was great.
Also, there are no key cards for room access; everything works via a PIN code provided through WeChat (along with the Wi-Fi details). I’m not sure if that’s a pro or a con, but it’s something to keep in mind.
As for the downsides: there are no complimentary water bottles to drink or take with you on the go. However, there is a kitchen (not in every room) with a tap featuring a built-in water filter—which is also a rarity. The hotel’s location is a bit tricky, though they have tried to put up signs. If you’re arriving by metro, finding the right elevator in the tunnels takes some effort—it’s easy to get confused and lose your way.

My stay at Mehow Lichi was much better than expected, no disappointments at all. I originally just booked it because it was nearby, but I didn't expect such a comfortable experience. Elena at the front desk was very quick with check-in and had a gentle demeanor, responding promptly to any requests. The room was very clean, with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft, so I slept soundly at night. The facilities were well-maintained, with stable water pressure and effective air conditioning. The hotel also offered thoughtful services like free tea and snacks, which added to the overall experience. The location is convenient for getting around, with many dining options nearby. Overall, it's great value for money, suitable for both business trips and short stays. I stayed twice, and they arranged a fantastic room for me both times. I left my luggage at the front desk, and they even brought it up to my room. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in the area.
