Since I had an early morning flight, I wanted to book an airport pick-up a day in advance. The hotel said there was no need to book, as a shuttle runs every 20 minutes. I landed, got my luggage, and was at the waiting area before 1:15 AM. I called the hotel, and they said the driver was at T3 and would be there soon. They wouldn't provide the driver's phone number or license plate, just told me to wait. I called the hotel multiple times, and each time they said he was almost there and to wait a bit longer. At 2:20 AM, I called again to ask how much longer, saying we'd take a taxi if it was too long. They then said the driver was stuck at the entrance and to wait. Meanwhile, other hotel shuttles had already made three round trips. I ended up waiting for nearly two hours. By the time I left, the airport was practically empty. I finally got to the hotel at 3 AM. I was already exhausted from the early flight, and my entire schedule was thrown off. To top it all off, I found out it was an e-sports hotel. Everyone, proceed with caution.

Perfect choice for those with an early flight. The hotel offers a convenient airport shuttle, which is a huge help. The rooms were surprisingly spacious – a rare find in a large Chinese city. Overall, the hotel left an exceptionally positive impression, highly recommend.

The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel also offered shuttle services, and the front desk staff (especially the lady at the front) was very helpful! There were many dining options nearby, but I arrived too late to try them. I especially want to commend the hotel's bedding; the duvet was very soft and comfortable, fitting perfectly. Even though I arrived late and had an early flight the next day, I slept incredibly soundly!
