We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and everything exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the excellent service and cozy atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spectacular, the breakfast was very good, and the views from our room were beautiful. We had an unexpected problem when we lost our passports, but the lovely staff immediately contacted the train station and helped us throughout, even while looking after my children. I’ll definitely stay here again when we return. I highly recommend this hotel!

Really liked the hotel, the room was very cozy, the view from the room was incredible, there is everything you need in the room. The bedding was clean, though I would improve general cleanliness a little bit

Perfect location. Room was clean and tidy and the aircon worked well. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and allowed as a later checkout. We arrived at City Note on 3rd October 2026. As you can imagine the Golden week for the Chinese. The hotel was fully booked. We waited an hour for our room that was being made. We were offered snacks coffee and cold drinks. Made to feel very welcomed. The staff told us that there was maintenance happening on the 37th-39th floors between 9:30am through to 7 pm. This didn't bother us as we are usually out as travellers do. The staff especially Amy was very attentive and helpful always smiling. Whilling to support in whichever way she could. As none Chinese speakers the staff used translation apps to meet our communication needs. The Beijing pedestrian street view from our room was awesome. Gongyuanqing & Sun Yat Sen Memorial stations are the nearest to the Citynote we stayed at. It's a 10-15 minute walk to Beijing pedestrian street. Location wise great. If your a Muslim traveller there are several Muslim Chinese restaurants 15-20 minute walks from the hotel. Or catch a Didi to Xiaobei or take the metro & there is plenty of Muslim restaurants in the area. The hotel offers eggs croissant toast and fruit if you only eat Halal 清真食品. More & more Muslim traveller like China as it's still has family values and a conservative way. I would highly recommend city note pedestrian street guangzhou

Is everything good The service is super unbeatable, and the facilities are very complete. The washing machine is very good. It is very close to the pedestrian street. You can see the small waist. The lobby is very good. The traffic is also very good.
