I arrived at the airport late the night before, but the hotel's pick-up service was perfectly arranged. The driver was already waiting, and even proactively helped with my luggage, completely saving me the hassle of finding a taxi in the middle of the night. Upon arrival, front desk staff member #6 was incredibly friendly and polite, and check-in was very efficient. She also thoughtfully informed me of all the important details. After a long and tiring journey, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made me feel so much better, and the room environment was also excellent. The overall service was impeccable, I highly recommend this hotel! It will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Kunming!

Our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Changshui Airport far exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to customer service agent Xiao Yang, who provided attentive assistance via WeChat from airport pickup until check-in. As my elderly parents prefer plain food, she went above and beyond, coordinating with the restaurant multiple times to specially prepare meals that suited their taste, which made us feel incredibly welcome and comforted so far from home. The hotel environment was also a pleasant surprise; the hillside garden behind the hotel was lush and green. Even better, we were upgraded to a room with a view! The sight of the vibrant greenery outside our window was so relaxing. This trip was truly made wonderful by such thoughtful service.

This hotel is quite good, offering excellent value for money. For just over 100 [currency, presumably CNY], they provide airport shuttle service, and even offer late-night snacks after 10 PM. Upon check-in, the front desk gives out small gifts – that crispy rice cracker (guoba) was delicious! The flower pastry (xianhuabing) was also good. The room was clean, and the hot water circulated quickly.

This was the cheapest hotel we stayed at during our Yunnan trip, and also the one with the absolute best service! First, they offer subway station pick-up and airport transfer services. On the day of check-in, they send a reminder just in case you're unaware of these services. Upon arrival, you're immediately offered a glass of water, and then they thoughtfully help you arrange your airport transfer times. The room itself is fully smart-enabled, which is really impressive. But what touched us the most was that our flight was at 5 AM the next day, and we had scheduled a 4 AM airport drop-off. We came down about ten minutes early, expecting to wait a bit for the driver. To our surprise, even before 4 AM, a young man and a front desk lady were already waiting for us! They even kindly gave us two breakfast boxes to take on the road (we hadn't paid for breakfast). As soon as we stepped out of the hotel, the car was already waiting right at the entrance. The service was so incredible that we actually wondered if we really only paid 100 RMB, haha!

Extremely satisfied! This new hotel is exceptionally clean, and the TV is great too. They offer a shuttle service, which is perfect for travelers arriving late or departing early from the airport. There's an Yi ethnic village nearby with delicious food. Very happy with my stay, and the price is good too. Highly recommend this place!

I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone with a one-night stay, especially if you have a late-night arrival or an early morning flight. Although there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, the hotel itself is very comfortable. The rooms are modern, equipped with smart features, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Breakfast offers a good variety of choices, and the restaurant staff are exceptionally warm and sincere. It was also a nice touch that they offered guests Yunnan’s famous rose biscuits to sample. The hotel is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the airport, making it an excellent choice for transit travelers. My only suggestion is to contact the hotel via WeChat in advance, especially for foreign visitor. Adding us on WeChat in advance before arrival makes communication much easier. We spent over 30 minutes waiting for the airport pickup because our phone calls went unanswered, even though the support line responded quickly once we got through. Overall, despite the pickup delay, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its comfort, excellent service, and convenient airport location.

The hotel seems to be only a few kilometers from the airport, and there's a shuttle service every hour. The location is a bit tucked away on a small road, so it's not super easy to find, but cars can still access it. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and ordering takeout is really convenient. Plus, the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful! 👍

Even though it was raining heavily that night, the hotel was fantastic and was already waiting for us in the parking lot. Since we had to catch a high-speed train to Dali the next day, the hotel even dropped us off at the nearby subway station. When we returned to Kunming on our last day, we chose to stay at this hotel again. The staff here are incredibly enthusiastic; they recommended local breakfast spots and hot pot restaurants, all of which were delicious and very affordable. Because it was pouring rain that day, the hotel even went out of its way to drive us to the restaurant for dinner. The hotel is a good distance from the airport, so it wasn't as noisy at night as I expected; if you don't listen carefully, you can barely hear the planes landing. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers transiting through Kunming or those who want to be close to the airport without the noise. On a side note, dining in the village where the hotel is located is super convenient. There are restaurants within a 100-meter walk from the hotel, and the food suited our out-of-town tastes perfectly. I've included the name of the hot pot restaurant we went to; it was genuinely affordable, tasty, and the portions were generous. If I have the chance, I would definitely choose to stay here again. The only downside is that there's no place to hang clothes or towels in the room, only in the bathroom. I hope the hotel can add some racks or hooks for guests to hang their belongings.
