Hotels in Dian Chi Exhibition Center, Kunming

Hotel is amazing. Location is adjacent to anew shopping center and it is only minutes away from the lake. The staff are incredible and the rooms impactable I extended my stay by one night just because of the staff and perfect hotel room. Best one in Kunming I expect.

After a little relaxation during the holiday, I was a little surprised when I arrived in the courtyard of the B&B, the rooftop garden! Entering the lobby, there are comfortable sofas, a huge mahogany tea table, and a wall of tea leaves. The atmosphere of the B&B is not too strong. From the rooms and public areas, it can be seen that the boss is very attentive and some details can be reflected. It was an unexpected surprise. The room I booked was a large suite with a small courtyard, which was warm and comfortable. The service is also very good, the facilities are well-equipped, the breakfast is delicious, and it is clean and tidy. Will choose Fenglong Bay again! Looking forward to the next visit!

I have always thought that the Days Inn by Wyndham Hotel is very good. My first impression is that it is warm, clean and beautiful. The location of this hotel in Kunming is easy to find. There is also a free parking lot and parking on the ground. It is very easy to drive here. Convenient, the hotel lobby is very clean, and the aromatherapy smells great. When I first walked into the hotel, I felt that I was no longer tired from the whole day. The front desk girl Xiao Chen and the customer service girl Xiao Zhang were both very polite and enthusiastic, and the service was exceptional. Well, he told me the breakfast location, time, laundry room and gym in the hotel very carefully. He also gave me mineral water when I left, which was a very considerate detail.

The overall decoration style of the B&B is very Zen and Chinese-style. You can also watch the night view from the sun in the room. Environment: You can also go shopping downstairs and eat more conveniently. The only drawback was that it was difficult to find the location, especially because the road was closed during the Spring Festival and the navigation display was not very accurate. I finally drove into the underground parking lot. The parking lot was too big and the hotel's signs were not clear enough. 20 minutes faster. When I finally left, it was because some entrances refused to allow me to leave. I had to go through several entrances before leaving. If the hotel could inform me in advance, some mistakes could be avoided.

Relaxation at its finest！  We enjoyed our stay at this Hot Spring hotel that came with wonderful benefits. Upon arrival, the staff is there to greet you and take your luggage to the room. The hotel is massive. Hot Springs is very large and comfortable. Lots of places for children to play and pools for them to enjoy. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Give this a four star on amenities as they did not have a crib suitable for toddlers. younger babies, yes, but not if your baby is climbing or walking, the crib will not fit. The location is good and not far from a lot of the sites of Kunming ! Overall, I would love to stay at this hotel again, and I recommend it to all travelers. 

The room was very clean, the breakfast was very rich, there was free parking in the underground garage, and there were souvenirs and bottled water given before leaving.

This community seems to be a high-end local real estate, so the whole environment is good, the house area is large enough, two or three families are fine, the window can see Dianchi Lake, but this side of the lake seems to be under development, there is no scenery. The cottage is fully equipped with facilities, including a gym and a swimming pool, but because we came during the Spring Festival, it was not open, it should be better on weekdays. There were some problems with check-in. When checking in, I couldn't contact the store for an hour or two before and after, so I waited in the basement for a while. In the end, the store apologized and had a good attitude. The platform also compensated a little red envelope through negotiation, which was considered an attitude to solve the problem and saved a lot of impressions. There is a small problem with the house itself, that is, the main bathroom is smelly. I don't know what the problem is, but the smell is quite penetrating, which is not a good experience. Everything else is good. The price is relatively cheap in the peak season. The community is open and parking is convenient. In the end, one of the room cards was lost. Maybe it was under the bed or somewhere else? The store didn't care too much. In short, it's not bad overall. It should be better if some minor problems are repaired.

The front desk staff greeted with a smile, checked in efficiently and quickly, and patiently answered various questions, and took the initiative to help carry luggage, which made people feel warm. During the stay, if you encounter any problems, you need a phone call, the service staff can always arrive at the first time and solve them properly. This kind of intimate and thoughtful service is impressive.

I have stayed in many hotels in Kunming, and there are still some complaints about this hotel. The price of 259 is not cheap. 1. Free first round of mini bar drinks: This item is not available, but the page shows that it is. The reply was that the room price was too cheap and I would not give it. Ctrip showed that it was Ctrip’s problem. Can you believe it when the small refrigerator was opened and there was a smell of durian? 2. Parking is charged, and it is understandable if there is a price tag; 3. We went there at 8 o'clock in the evening. When we went to the hotel from the ground, it was dark and we couldn't find the location. There was no door number. It only said that it was in the second building. The sign was not visible at all. We finally found the door and it was still locked. We came in when we saw someone moving. ; 4. The water in the shower room is blocked. You can swim after taking a bath. It's too bad... I don't change the bath even if I don't put much effort into it; 5. There is a small problem with the TV. It keeps showing ”Unauthorized” and the subtitles are ghosted😵💫 6. The most unbearable! ! ! Ma De, from about 7:30 to 9:30, he started hammering on the wall with an electric drill, and then disappeared. . Really speechless.
