The positive points about this hotel are its location, reception, staff and cleanliness. The drawbacks are the non-availability of an attached restaurant, limited provision of toileteries and delayed response by housekeeping. The location is very good as it is centrally located. The reception staff are excellant, courteous and helpful. Other staff like the attendants etc are also good. The entire premises including the room are kept clean. However, one has to go out in search of good hotesl for food. It is surprising that a nearby good hotel called venkataramana, forgot the name, is closed on sundays! another point of concern is that only one bottle of mineral water and a soap are provided. No other toileteries are provided. No free newspaper. Asked for a change of stained bedsheet which was provided only after reminder and long delay.

I found this hotel via make my trip. I took one 3 adult room and one 2 adult room. 3 adultvroom was neat but 2 adult room was not up to the level. They have arranged morning coffee from outside. It will be good if we have it in the hotel. Also one main thing underground vehicle parking ramp is too high engine chasis pad got damaged. Not good for sedan cars specially honda city. Please make some arrangements to fix this. Thanks

location was super. main market road and close to station. non ac rooms are worst.. but ac rooms are manageable. toilet is not kept clean and no cleaning was done during our three days stay. no value for money. 👍🙏

We had been to Swamimalai to attend marriage, at temple😍mandapam. We stayed at Hotel Namaskar. Ground floor supreme grade ac double rooms, good and neat. Customer service opt. Same Namaskar group built new ac mandapam, just opposite to Hotel, named as Namaskar Hall. Goid facilities available for photo shoot, guest gathering, food preparation, etc.Other than marriage, we had all other facilities here. Overall we are satisfied.
