The room was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. They provided shuttle service to and from town whenever needed, which was a great experience! Although I didn't get to see Siguniang Mountain, it's normal for this season. After hiking, it was wonderful to relax in a nice bath. Even the club owner highly recommended this place after hearing about it! Here’s a photo of Yaomei Peak taken from the summit. I'll definitely come again next time!

Every time I visit Mianyang, I stay at this hotel. I truly, truly, truly love it! The rooms are large and clean, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view of the sunrise. The lighting in the room is soft and easy on the eyes, and the layout is simple and cozy. The bathroom facilities are in perfect condition and smart – the temperature-controlled toilet seat is super comfortable, the shower provides a steady stream, and hot water is fast and plentiful. Lexi and her team provide professional and efficient service, promptly resolving any issues guests might have, making for a worry-free and pleasant stay. Their 31st floor is also lovely; you can grab a coffee there. In the afternoons when I have free time, I enjoy going up to sit quietly and sip coffee while admiring the high-rise night view. I've recommended it to my friends, and they all said it was great. I'll definitely be back!

This is an established luxury hotel with excellent facilities and services across the board. The decor, with its abundance of marble and wood, exudes old-money charm. We were upgraded to a view room on the 37th floor, and the panoramic views were fantastic. Upon entering the room, there's a separate walk-in closet, and the bathroom is exceptionally large, equipped with a Nespresso machine. Breakfast was very extensive, and even the coffee came with latte art. Facilities like the swimming pool and spa were clean and comfortable. A butler was assigned to us after booking, and the staff we encountered at the front desk and in the lobby were all very polite. I'd also like to commend Trip.com; they were highly efficient and quickly resolved a booking issue I had.

We stayed for two nights in a suite at the Hyatt Regency Chengdu (the review mistakenly says Chongqing), and since we were on vacation, we really indulged in food and drinks – a big thanks to the housekeeping staff! The dining table in the suite was large and very convenient, and the staff were incredibly patient, bringing us plates and glasses whenever we needed them. The living room was also super spacious. The hotel's overall design is simple yet refined, blending modernity with comfort. Every detail showcased quality and thoughtfulness. The bedding, in particular, was exceptionally comfortable; we slept wonderfully and didn't want to leave. I've stayed in many five-star hotels, but this one definitely has the most comfortable bedding. We were on a high floor, room 3336, which offered panoramic views of the bustling city. The view was expansive during the day and dazzling at night, truly invigorating. The hotel's location is excellent, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. What's even more commendable is the hotel staff's warm and professional service; their attention to detail made us feel right at home from check-in to check-out. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Chengdu!

Five out of five stars, I highly recommend the JW Marriott Hotel Chengdu! The hotel is located in the heart of Tianfu Square, making it incredibly convenient to get to Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley. The rooms are clean, spacious, and offer expansive views. The facilities are very well maintained, making for an extremely comfortable stay. A special thank you to Ella and Michelle from the Guest Relations team this time! I asked them in advance to help deliver flowers and gifts to the room, and they were incredibly gentle and patient throughout the communication, carefully confirming the delivery time, and even adding thoughtful and delicate decorations. Stepping into the room was a moment filled with delightful surprise and a sense of occasion. Their service was professional and meticulous, always considering the guest's perspective, both gentle and considerate, truly embodying the warm hospitality of JW Marriott. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and the Sichuanese snacks are authentic. The entire staff's service attitude was excellent. I will definitely choose the JW Marriott Hotel Chengdu again on my next visit to the city, and a big thank you once more to Ella and Michelle!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The butler was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout our visit, always quick to address any requests. Our twin room was spacious and bright, featuring a separate bathtub, which was perfect for a relaxing soak. The hotel amenities are comprehensive, including a heated swimming pool, gym, and self-service laundry facilities. It truly met all our travel and accommodation needs in one place, making for a comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommend!

My stay at The St. Regis Chengdu was a fantastic experience. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the St. Regis Suite. The suite was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable…a true home away from home. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a great variety of quality options. The highlight for me was the dinner seafood buffet, the spread was really impressive and the addition of hotpot made it even more special. Absolutely delicious. Service throughout the hotel was outstanding. From the warm welcome at check-in to the seamless check-out, every staff member we encountered was attentive and professional. Gym team who took the time to walk us through the facilities personally was a small gesture that made a big difference. Highly recommend The St. Regis Chengdu for anyone looking for luxury, comfort and genuine hospitality.

Wooden walkways built along the mountainside connect unique Native American tent houses. As evening falls, warm yellow string lights illuminate the red-roofed tents, casting a gentle glow in the twilight. Gazing at the rolling green hills and the scattered village lights below, the tranquil atmosphere is simply divine. During the day, the mountains are covered in delicate white wildflowers, and when the moonlight blankets the sky, the wooden houses, flower fields, and forests create a breathtakingly beautiful landscape. Every snapshot is a masterpiece, requiring no filter. The views are superb, offering stunning vistas of both sunrise and nighttime beauty. The accommodation exceeded my expectations. The tent houses were unique yet comfortable, spacious and clean, with complete amenities. The wooden structure exuded a natural, rustic charm, and the excellent soundproofing allowed only the sounds of wind and insects at night. Far from the city's hustle and bustle, I slept exceptionally well. The public areas are thoughtfully designed, with numerous resting corners along the boardwalk and viewing platforms. The soft, non-glaring lighting at night creates a wonderful atmosphere for strolling through. The service is impeccable. The staff are gentle, polite, attentive, and efficient. Check-in is quick and smooth, and any needs are met promptly without any excessive disturbance – the sense of propriety is just right. The surrounding natural environment is exceptional, with fresh air and lush greenery visible from every window. You can immerse yourself in the tranquility of the mountains while gazing at the bustling town below, balancing rustic charm with convenience. Whether it's a romantic getaway for couples, a solo retreat, or a group of friends, this is the perfect place. This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

The hotel's interior design truly impressed me, from the lobby to the intricate details in the rooms, everything exuded quality. The staff's responsiveness and professionalism were also top-notch, fully meeting the expectations of a five-star establishment. However, since the hotel is quite old, despite evident renovations, some of the hardware still showed signs of age. Minor issues, like a sticky shower door, slightly impacted the overall experience. Regrettably, the surrounding area was a bit noisy. The bars downstairs were mostly pubs, lively but lacking a quiet whiskey bar where one could enjoy a peaceful drink.
