I must say I commend how nice and patience the staff are, from the hotel driver, Mr Harish who has been waiting for us from the airport for almost 2 hours due to a delay in the thai airways flight and a delayed luggage to the frontdesk Ms Oinam who continuously keep us up to date if our delayed luggage has already arrived the hotel. While the staff are indeed a 10/10, the area where the building is, is very much underdeveloped to-date. The road to it is still unpaved, no stores are open and basically very much an isolated location for a hotel apartment. The room although ok, seemed we see some misses during construction, with chipped paint or stained tiles and dirty carpet is already visible. Overall it is a promising accompdation, but hope to see it maintained some more.

I recently had a wonderful stay at clarens hotel in gurugram. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable experience. The staff was courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and i highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We office folks had come for official trip and stayed here. Most importantly this hotel is just opposite to our office and the stay was really pleasant and great. Hope to come back soon - whether its official / personal. Thanks to all staffs and to Priyanka as well.

Close to the road, the facilities in the house are OK, equivalent to a domestic express hotel. There are bars and other places around. The windows have good sound insulation effect, but the sound insulation of each room does not seem to be very good. My colleague lives next to me and can hear me turning off the lights.
