This hotel is a great choice for an overnight layover; the airport shuttle service made it super convenient. The room was well-equipped, hot water came on quickly, the internet was fast, and everything was spotlessly clean. The front desk was responsive, and parking was easy. Staying here takes the stress out of catching an early flight.

This homestay really surprised me! The location is excellent, downstairs is Wanda, eating, drinking and having fun in one stop, the key is that the whole street downstairs is full of food stalls, from barbecue to sugar water shop to fried powder stall, the nightingale atmosphere is directly full, the fireworks are full, and the food is super satisfying. More pleasantly, you can walk to the beach, and it is very pleasant to walk with the sea breeze in the evening. It is also very convenient to play in the water. The price is also very cheap, this location can get this price, the price is really nothing to say. The only small episode is that there are occasional traffic jams around, especially on weekends and evenings. It is recommended that friends who drive by themselves plan parking or staggered travel in advance. But the flaws are not concealed, the overall experience of living is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and the landlord is also enthusiastic. I will choose this one next time, I really recommend it!

Pros: _ Location: very good location, right next to Gongyuandian metro. You can use this to access almost anywhere in Guangzhou. _ Cleanliness: the apartment is fairly newly renovated with 2 bedroom & 1 bath, well maintained, so it's quite suitable for big group. _ Pricing: we got it at a very good price for a group of 3 adults & 2 children. I think it's worth every penny. _ Convenience: lift is right up to the apartment, so children can travel without any problem. _ Friendliness: the reception is very welcome and helpful. They let us check out late with small charge. Cons: _ The building exterior is quite old. The lift is also not clean. _ The entrance is a bit difficult to find. You need to walk to the entrance behind the building to access to floor 18, where the reception is located. If you go to any other lift, they only take you to floor 17, then you have to walk up 1 floor. Overall if you are a big group who is looking to find a reasonable stay in Guangzhou, I highly recommend this place. You get what you pay for.

I was unexpectedly stranded at Shenzhen North (Shenzhenbei) during the busy holiday season and urgently needed a place to stay. After comparing several listings on Trip.com, this hostel stood out based on its reviews, and it fully lived up to my expectations. The photos are accurate and reflect the property exactly as it is. The host prepared the bed sheets and pillowcases right in front of me, which immediately reassured me about the cleanliness. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities when choosing accommodation because I value my health, and I felt completely comfortable staying here. I saw no pests or anything unhygienic, so if you’re concerned about that, you can rest easy. The host speaks basic English and was very welcoming. Since I had just traveled from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen North, he even kindly offered to show me around the area. There are plenty of food options nearby, I enjoyed Lanzhou noodles and stinky tofu just steps from the building. For clarification, the hostel is located inside an apartment building and operates in a dorm-style setup. Shoes are removed at the entrance, and guest slippers are provided. There is a comfortable common area with a sofa and dining table, free drinking water, and complimentary toiletries including a toothbrush and disposable towel, which was especially helpful since I had forgotten to pack one. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a Western-style sit-down toilet. Each bed has its own privacy curtain and personal light, which I appreciated. There are also power outlets conveniently located at each bed. Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues, and free laundry is available, which is a great bonus for travelers. There are designated quiet hours, so you can sleep comfortably. During my stay, it was peaceful and no one snored. The host even asked whether I snore, which shows he is considerate of all guests. The other guests were polite and respectful. I was the only foreigner staying there, and the rest were Chinese travelers who were likely in the same situation, unable to secure train tickets that night. The property is non-smoking, which I also appreciated. The only minor downside is for taller guests. I am 183 cm (6 ft), and I had to curl up slightly since the bed length appears to be around 180 cm. It was manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall. The location is very convenient. It’s next to the train station, and you can easily take the subway if you have luggage. It only cost me 2 RMB to ride, so there’s really no need to take a taxi. In the morning, I bought pork steamed buns and soy milk from a nearby vendor, he was friendly, and the food was great. For $4, this was outstanding value. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay near Shenzhen North, this is an excellent option. The hotel environment is excellent, and the location is superb. It's only a 2-3 minute walk to the Pearl River to see the Canton Tower on the opposite bank. The hygiene is meticulously maintained, and the soundproofing is good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff are friendly, and it's convenient for getting around. Highly recommended!

While the room is aged and not an exact match for the photographs provided, services are freely provided (via WeChat contact and requests). The location is ideal for access to Beijing Walking Street, restaurants and malls. Additional days were easily obtained, again via WeChat request. The washer and dryer facilities were invaluable! I think, without a dryer nothing would dry as it is a very humid environment. A/c made the room comfortable. River view is… ok; we had a comfortable stay and I would use this place again. I do feel it is priced above what it actually offered, but it was comfortable, roomy and all my requests were met in a friendly and timely manner. I would recommend it, with this understanding.

The bus station nearby provides additional connectivity options, and the area is surrounded by a vibrant mix of modern amenities and authentic local culture. We loved having a mall within easy reach for any shopping needs or casual dining, but the real highlight was discovering the incredible local cuisines just steps away from the hotel. From street food stalls to charming family-run restaurants, we enjoyed exploring the diverse flavors and dishes that gave us a true taste of the local culinary scene. The combination of boutique charm, excellent service, unbeatable location, and rich neighborhood experiences made this stay truly memorable. Excellent location! From Baiyun Airport, take Line 3 to Shipaiqiao Station. Exit D is right there; the hotel and Exit D are in the same building. Once you exit, turn left for about 5 meters, then turn left again for 20 meters, and you'll find the hotel elevator. The Longde Building is actually a residential building, so there are many people coming and going. You'll need to take the elevator to the seventh floor and then transfer to another elevator to reach your room. As far as I know, they have rooms on the 13th, 14th, and 22nd floors. The hotel rooms are essentially partitioned units, meaning they've rented a single apartment and then divided it into 3-4 smaller rooms. The hotel is surrounded by large shopping malls on both sides and directly across the street, putting it right in the heart of the city's prime area. It's an absolute dream location for women who love to shop!

Five-star review! The property looks exactly like the pictures, it was sparkling clean and tidy throughout, and the bedding was dry and comfortable. All the appliances were fully equipped and worked great. The host was patient and communicative, provided clear check-in instructions, and was very responsive to any questions. The neighborhood is quiet, and the surrounding area offers convenient transportation, dining, and shopping. It's perfect for both family trips and gatherings with friends, and offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely prioritize this place for my next visit! 🌹🌹🌹

Very dirty place. The common area for the ladies was full of trash, tables dirty and the bathroom dirty. The beds were hard, matresses very thin and for a tall person above 1.72m it is not advisable. They also have shelves at the head of the beds so if you are talles you will slam your head in those. The balcony was full of dirt and people's clothes. It was very hard to find and the front gate was locked and had to spend good amount of time with the security guards until they understood that I have a reservation. Basically these are big apartment buildings so some rooms will be in complex B, others complex C. The receptionist were kind but very disorganized. People in the common area were super unfriendly and actually rude. All in all, I don't recommend this place.
