Our stay at the Pullman Hotel was incredibly comfortable. Both my foreign executive colleague and I agreed it was the best hotel we've ever stayed at. The robot greeter and robot room service truly impressed and delighted my colleague. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a deep and high-quality sleep. The toothbrush was excellent – sturdy yet soft, cleaning very effectively. It surpassed even the professional toothbrushes recommended by Meinian Dajiankang, making it the best hotel toothbrush I've ever used. The toiletries were fantastic; the shower gel had a lovely scent. The bathroom water heater was convenient and provided hot water instantly. The automatic flushing toilet was also very handy. The hairdryer was very modern, utilizing the latest technology, similar to the newest models found in Xiaomi stores, and dried hair incredibly fast. The room was spacious and overall very tidy. The walk-in closet had an iron and even a spare large black umbrella, which was a very thoughtful touch. There was ample space for luggage, and the long sofa with its soft, comfortable cushions was a nice addition. The buffet restaurant on the first floor was absolutely amazing and offered incredible value for money. Dinner included a wide variety of fresh seafood, lamb chops, kebabs, various Chinese and Western soups, many Chinese and Western dishes, desserts, drinks, ice cream, and more. The most impressive part was the drinks selection, which included freshly brewed hot brown sugar ginger tea and chrysanthemum tea. The brown sugar ginger tea was particularly thoughtful for women during their physiological period. There was also complimentary free-flow red wine. The menu changed nightly, and all the dishes were delicious. After our first dinner at the hotel, we ended up dining there every evening. We were truly touched by the hotel's attention to detail and genuine care for its guests. Everything was so well thought out, truly reflecting the hotel's dedication. The front desk, concierge, and check-in staff were also very professional, consistently providing patient and excellent service despite our frequent requests. A special thank you to Daisy at the front desk for her support. Overall, the entire stay was exceptionally comfortable. My foreign executive team and I will definitely book this hotel again on our next visit to Yizhuang; it's our favorite hotel. I sincerely commend all the staff at the hotel. It was truly wonderful!

The hotel is located outside the city, on Yizhuang Line at Yizhuangqiao Station. This line connects to Line 5 of the Beijing Metro. However, it's not far to travel into the city to tourist attractions by train, taking about 40 minutes. Calling a Didi to Wangfujin takes approximately 40 minutes. But the hotel's location is convenient, very close to the train station. Once you exit the station, you just cross the road and you're there. There are 2-3 restaurants next to the hotel where you can find food. If you want to go to a large shopping mall (with a supermarket, fast food, many restaurants, toy stores, gift shops), it's one train station away in the previous direction, called Jiugong Station. Room : Comfortable, wide bed, can fit large suitcases. : Booked a room with a window. Breakfast : Not a huge variety, but complete. There are noodles, salad, fruit, eggs, and various dishes that change. Service : Nice and always helpful. : Always see the maids around, they work all the time; every time I come out, I always see them. : They have very nice manners and are always helpful. Facility : Onsen, so comfortable after you walk for the whole day. I chose this hotel because of this. Price : Worth the money.

Every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine! 📸 ▫️Room: The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking city/sea views. The Heavenly Bed was so comfortable I fell asleep instantly. The toiletries had a salon-quality fragrance, and the bathtub, paired with a scenic window, made for a perfect sunset soak. The ambiance was absolutely fantastic! 🛁 ▫️Service: The butler-style service was incredibly impressive. They remembered my preferred tea, and when they noticed I had a cold, they proactively brought me ginger tea. Even the slippers were custom-made. ▫️Breakfast + Pool: The freshly baked croissants were incredibly flaky. After a swim in the high-altitude, heated pool, wrapping myself in a towel that smelled of sunshine… This isn't just a hotel; it's a sanctuary in the city! 🌿 I've already recommended it to all my friends. For anniversaries or holidays, just book it without hesitation!

Extremely satisfied with my stay, absolutely no complaints whatsoever! The room was spotless and odor-free, and all the facilities were well-maintained; the hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel environment was elegant and quiet, and the staff were gentle and patient. A special thanks to Anne for her thoughtful reception. The pre-arranged member benefits were a really nice touch, and any issues were promptly and properly handled after communication. It's great value for money, suitable for both short trips and business travel. I've saved this place and will definitely be back!

Facilities: The conference accommodation and outdoor BBQ facilities are all very new and well-equipped. Cleanliness: Five-star standard. Environment: Very convenient for transportation and parking. Service: Upon arrival, I saw a 'Golden Key' concierge, providing top-tier, high-end concierge service. A special thanks to Joe, the 'Golden Key' concierge, for his professional and warm service! The hotel service team was also excellent.

This place is super easy to find, with a big logo that catches your eye right away. The atmosphere is great, really gives off a good vibe. The overall environment is lovely, facilities are complete, and they're also up to COVID-19 safety standards, which is a plus. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. There might even be more fun things to discover next time, so I hope to come back and explore more! Seriously, friends, go for it! The value for money is incredible, and transportation is super convenient. You all should definitely check it out! The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly.

We stayed here while my child was taking an exam nearby. The hotel's location is great, right next to Dagu Plaza and close to the subway station. Parking is convenient with both above-ground and underground lots available. The breakfast was excellent, offering freshly made Chinese noodles and a good variety of Western options. Dagu Plaza itself has many restaurants and is great for shopping.

This hotel has only been open for about a month, so the environment looks clean and fresh, and all the facilities are brand new. The room's cleanliness is generally good, and the staff are willing to help when needed. The breakfast selection isn't super extensive, but there's enough to fill you up. As it's a new place, a few minor areas still need some refinement, but overall, it's pretty decent.

The room temperature was 14 degrees Celsius, and I slept fully clothed all day! It's good that there was hot water. It's cold outside, and freezing in the room. Over three days, the temperature only warmed up to 21.8 degrees Celsius, even though the air conditioner was set to 31 degrees Celsius. Breakfast is about 500 rubles per person. It's the same old story, but still filling. Of course, they don't speak English. Everything is done through a translator.
