Good customer service, it didn't work at the start but after chatting with the live chat it worked perfectly. At 5G in Hokkaido too. My previous esim from another app was on lte mode all the way. Regretted not getting this esim at the start.. very happy with this.★

5-day Japanese eSIM, 3GB per day. Two red banknotes (with change) were enough. Easy connection. It's recommended to add the eSIM in Thailand. Once in Japan, activate data. Fast 5G connection throughout the trip. No signal interruptions. Strong internet for Thai apps like Facebook, Line, and Instagram. Plenty of data left over. Definitely booking again next time.★

Overall, it was very good. There might have been a few occasional disconnections when driving in areas with no signal. It was well worth the 10-day trip. I used the internet almost constantly because I was driving, and needed Google Maps and music. I barely needed to use the hotel Wi-Fi at all. It's great! I've saved it as a favorite and will definitely buy it again.
