Precautions

Even if you encounter problems when setting up the communication line

Please do not delete the registered QR code.

Once you delete a registered QR code, you will not be able to use the same QR code.

In addition, when registering the QR code and switching mobile communications, we recommend connecting to a different Wi-Fi network for registration instead of using the main line.

Purchase Notes

1. Please confirm whether your phone supports eSIM before purchasing;

2. iOS system requires version 12.1 or above. Smartphones purchased in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau do not support eSIM functionality.

3. Once an order is placed and shipped, customers will not be able to return or get a refund after receiving the QR code.

4. Validity period: Calculated from the date of initial network usage, 24 hours per day (calendar day).

5. It is recommended to download and install eSIM at the departure point on the day of departure, switch to eSIM upon arrival at the destination, and enable data roaming;

6. Network speed may vary depending on factors such as terrain, climate, building coverage, and number of users. Please contact technical support if you experience location changes or unstable reception.

7. Hotspot sharing is allowed (but hotspot sharing is not recommended for optimal internet quality).

How can I tell if my phone supports eSIM?

Your phone must meet two conditions:

Scenario 1:

  • If the query results are as follows, it means your phone is not locked, and you can continue to the next step.
  • Android: Set up mobile network connection with SIM card [Information and settings: Auto-select carrier (select multiple available networks)]
  • Apple: General settings regarding shipping lock (no SIM card restriction)

Scenario 2:

  • Access your phone's dial pad and dial *#06#. If an EID message appears, your phone supports eSIM. If no EID message appears, your phone does not support eSIM.
  • In this case, please do not place an order to avoid affecting your travel plans due to your phone's lack of eSIM support.

common problem

Q: Unable to read eSIM (QR code)

A: If you are unable to add an eSIM due to a QR code reading error, please check the following:

1. This device does not support eSIM.

(Please check the eSIM compatible model list. *Operation cannot be guaranteed for models not listed.)

2. Even if it has already been configured, try adding it again.

  • For iPhone, if an eSIM name (sub-line, etc.) is available, it has been added to the mobile SIM setup.
  • For Galaxy devices, if you can see eSIM in Settings > Connectivity > SIM Manager > eSIM, then it has been added;
  • For Pixel, if you can confirm under Settings > Network & Internet > SIM card > eSIM, then it has been added.

3. I added it once and then deleted it.

(Please note that if you delete your eSIM data, it cannot be reissued.)

4. The device is not locked with a SIM card.

(Please unlock your SIM card with your contracted telecom provider)

5. If you are unable to register for eSIM using the QR code, please try registering for eSIM by manually entering the QR code.

If the QR code cannot be read due to some error, you can register for eSIM by manually entering the provided code.

(Please select manual code entry in the eSIM setup program and try setting it up.)

Q: eSIM cannot conduct data communication

A: If data communication is still impossible after registering an eSIM on the device, the following are possible reasons:

1. If you set to use a different line

  • iPhone: If you selected a different line in Settings > Mobile Communications > Mobile Data, please select the correct eSIM line.
  • Galaxy: Select the correct eSIM under Settings > Connectivity > SIM Manager > eSIM.
  • Pixel: Select the correct eSIM in Settings > Network & Internet > eSIM.

*If data communication still fails after a period of time following the changes, please restart the device.

  • If your past eSIM data is still present, you may not be able to register for or use a new eSIM;
  • If deleting the line works, delete the eSIM data and then try setting up the purchased eSIM.

2. If APN is not set *If the antenna is erected but 4G, 5G, etc. are not displayed, this may be the reason.

Android devices (except for some models) require an APN setting. Please enter the APN from the SIM settings screen.

3. Flight mode is enabled. eSIM settings are disabled.

  • If flight mode is already on, please turn it off;
  • If eSIM is turned off, please turn it on.

4. If there are communication problems in your area.

This line can be used throughout Japan, but there are areas where the signal is difficult to reach, and in some areas outside the supported area, it cannot be used at all.

Some places are inaccessible to radio waves, such as inside buildings or underground areas with many shielding objects like concrete, high-altitude areas, mountainous areas, or forested areas.

Additionally, some areas within the airport may experience difficulties using the service due to radio interference. In such cases, please try moving to another location to see if you can connect.
