This is my second purchase of this product. Due to some operational issues, I couldn't activate it properly. The customer service from Trip.com and the eSIM provider was excellent. They patiently understood my problem and provided detailed instructions, allowing me to successfully activate it. I had forgotten that Andorra is outside the EU, so I was frantically searching for a good e-SIM card, and I found this! It was quick to use and extremely convenient. While e-SIM cards from Japan cover larger countries, they don't cover principalities like Andorra, so I was relieved to find this one!★

My experience using eSIM in Hong Kong was generally good. Activation was easy – simply scan a QR code. The signal was stable, internet speed was fast, and coverage was wide. No need to change SIM cards, and I could use my original number to receive SMS messages. The price was reasonable, and it was more convenient than renting a WiFi egg. I recommend it to short-term tourists or business travelers.
