[eSIM IP Address]
The eSIM will automatically adjust its IP address based on the application you are currently using.
• Automatically switch to a Hong Kong IP when using Mainland China applications
• Automatically switch to a Singapore IP when using non-mainland China applications
[TikTok Compatibility Information]
- iOS: TikTok app and web version are supported
- Android: TikTok app is not currently supported, only the web version is available
Notes:
• The service provider has improved TikTok compatibility, but cannot guarantee TikTok will work properly on all mobile devices. Refund requests due to device incompatibility with TikTok will not be accepted.
• For iOS users experiencing TikTok App login issues: Please first update your iOS system to the latest version, then uninstall and reinstall the TikTok App. If the problem persists, you can access the TikTok web version via your mobile browser and log in to your account. After successful login, you may switch back to the App for use.
• The service provider may discontinue support for TikTok at any time without prior notice.

■ After arriving in the plan coverage area, turn on the "Data roaming" function of the eSIM to use the network normally.
■ Troubleshooting tips
If you cannot connect to the internet, please check:
1. eSIM has been set as the default mobile data card
2. Turn on "data roaming"
3. Turn flight mode on or off
4. Manually switch telecom provider
5. Manual APN setup
■ Supports multiple installations
On the same device, an eSIM can be deleted and reinstalled after installation, with support for up to 10 reinstallations.
The eSIM can be reinstalled within the validity period of the QR code (for unactivated eSIMs) or within the plan's validity period (for activated eSIMs). Once the validity period expires, reinstallation will no longer be possible.
■ Notes on renewal service usage
1. Please confirm before purchase
• Independence: The renewal order and the original order are two completely independent data plans, and the data allowance and validity period will not be accumulated.
• Device restriction: Renewal is only applicable to the "originally bound device". If you need to change your phone, please do not purchase the renewal order. Please purchase a new order instead.
• Purchase path: Please go to the "original order page" and click the "Renew" button to proceed.
• No reinstallation needed: As long as the original eSIM settings are not deleted, it can be used directly after renewal.
2. Data and validity period activation rules
After renewal, the data and validity period will be added (non-cumulative) to the original order, with the activation rules as follows:
Method 1: Automatic start (original plan validity period has ended)
The high-speed data of your original order has not been fully used, but the plan's validity period has expired → The renewal order will automatically take effect after the original order expires, with no manual action required.
Method 2: Manual start in advance (high-speed data exhausted)
The high-speed data of your original order has been used up, resulting in reduced network speed, but the plan's validity period has not yet expired. The system cannot automatically activate the renewal order → If you need to use the renewal order in advance, please contact the event provider's customer service to apply for "early termination of the original order".
Note: Early termination of the original order is an irreversible operation. Requests for refunds due to the inability to restore the original order will not be accepted.
■ Network coverage
The actual signal strength, network speed, and 4G/5G service display may vary depending on the location, local carrier network coverage, device compatibility, as well as environmental factors such as terrain, building obstructions, and weather conditions.
■ Turn off the roaming function of your local SIM card
Before using eSIM, be sure to turn off the "Data roaming" function of your local SIM card to avoid incurring high international roaming charges due to using the mobile network of your local SIM card. Any related charges will be borne by the customer, and no additional compensation will be provided (including roaming fees, overseas SIM card/eSIM purchase costs, transportation expenses, etc.).
■ Comply with the fair usage policy (FUP)
To ensure network quality and comply with the fair usage policy (FUP), the operator may monitor users who excessively consume data within a short period, which may result in connection interruption or reduced internet speed.
To maintain stable connection quality, it is recommended to avoid data-intensive activities such as watching or downloading long videos, performing software updates, or using the internet sharing (hotspot) feature.
