The phone settings instructions to get data roaming to work didn’t match my phones interface, which made it very confusing to get my eSIM to start working. I am using an Australian iPhone 17 with iOS 26.2.

We were only there for a layover, but the location is perfect, very close to the airport, spacious room, large spaces, very clear information 🙏🏽

Excellent SIM card. We used it in the UAE and Oman. We got the 1GB per day plan—it was always enough for both internet and navigation. Search doesn't work well in tethering mode, but social media works fine. It's very easy to set up, the signal is good, and we're completely satisfied with the service.

I was a little apprehensive about buying it, but everything went great, it's really very convenient. I'm in Goa, and the connection quality is good everywhere. Thank you, I will recommend it.

In Mexico, there's often no cell service outside of cities. In the US, it's quite good.

I first tried the Canadian eSIM on my own. When I opened my email for the first time, I had already received the email sent by Ctrip. I happily opened it, and the instructions in the email were very detailed. I installed the eSIM by myself in just a few minutes. I think all countries in the world should support eSIM, as it would make things much more convenient for us.
