During my trip to Hokkaido, including Asahikawa, Daisetsuzan Sounkyo, Kurodakesan, Sapporo, and Otaru, I had a strong and stable signal in every location without any dropped calls. My phone is a Pixel, and after arriving in Japan, I switched to eSIM, which required some configuration with my carrier to connect to the internet.
