I toured Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, and Yoshino in a single day using the Kintetsu Rail Pass. While it is excellent for saving money, there have been instances where QR code entry did not work at unmanned stations on the outskirts of the city, so I recommend that beginners use it at major stations or within the city. Also, please be aware that the response from the station staff at Kashihara-jingumae is terrible if any issues arise. I traveled for an hour to get there, but when I encountered a QR code problem, they just mechanically repeated that I should go back an hour to my starting station to resolve it...★

I stumbled upon this while looking for Universal Studios tickets, and I booked it because the benefits seemed great for traveling around Osaka city. I found the one-way Haruka train ticket from the airport to the city, the Universal Studios admission ticket, and one Express Pass particularly useful and great. It’s nice to be able to choose and use options according to your travel schedule. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't use all three Joy Passes because I was too tired from walking around so much, but it is definitely cheaper than paying for each item separately!! The travel content app is also convenient to use, and it’s great that I can view the voucher QR codes instantly through the app, which is helpful since I often need them at specific moments. I recommend this to anyone planning a trip to Universal Studios with a relaxed schedule of at least 3 nights and 4 days!★

It works great, giving you unlimited train rides around Osaka, which is very convenient. However, I find that a physical card is still more convenient. If your internet connection or signal is poor, the QR code won't print, causing problems at station entrances and exits, which is inconvenient. Basically, buying this kind of train pass is very convenient for foreign tourists like us. You can usually ride the train 4-6 times a day, making it worthwhile. It's excellent value for money. Every time I visit Osaka, I buy it online in advance, and I can use it in Osaka city center, which is very convenient.★
