I used it during my trip to Japan on November 17, 2025. There was a problem starting it up on the first day, and I contacted customer service via email. They responded promptly, and the connection was successfully established afterward. The after-sales service was excellent. The connection worked normally in Okayama, Hikone, Himeji, and Takamatsu in Japan. Compared to eSIMs on KKday or Klock e-commerce platforms, the price was about half that of eSIMs of the same specifications, making it economical and affordable.★
