There's still coffee left in the room and the shuttle bus is missing

They advertised a shuttle bus, but it never came, and I called but no one answered, so I had no choice but to take a taxi. It cost about 2000 yen, but they didn't pay me back and just told me they didn't provide shuttle service. There was soap left over from the previous guest in the room, coffee left in the coffee maker, and the kettle was rusty. The cleaning staff was chatting on the phone while cleaning the room, so I don't think it was very thorough. There were no slippers. You can get a toothbrush if you ask.
