Guan Di Temple in Jiezhou.

I happened to be there during the annual Guan Gong Culture Festival. It felt like the national headquarters of Guan Di Temple was holding an annual meeting for its branches. The most valuable thing along the way was the second floor of the Chunqiu Pavilion, which was newly opened this year. It required a ticket of CNY 30. There was a life-sized colored statue of Guan Gong reading Chunqiu at night, which was the only one in the country based on the portrait of Guan Gong in his 50s. In the middle of the roof was a sunken caisson with two dragons playing with a pearl. The two dragon heads were suspended by iron wires. On both sides were convex chrysanthemum-shaped caissons formed by bucket arches. If all the doors of the hall were opened, the two dragon heads and the chrysanthemum-shaped caissons would slowly rotate with the wind.
