Nanjing Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum.

The Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum Scenic Area is centered around the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, which is located on the southern slope of Mount Zijin's Maofeng Peak. It is the tomb of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, the great forerunner of the democratic revolution. The mausoleum's architecture is symmetrical along a central axis. From the memorial archway, the tomb path, the mausoleum gate, the stele pavilion, to the sacrificial hall and the tomb chamber, the mausoleum is 700 meters long and 70 meters high, with 392 stone steps and 10 platforms. It is entirely constructed of white granite and reinforced concrete, and covered with blue glazed tiles. It is known as the "No. 1 Mausoleum in the History of Modern Chinese Architecture." The Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum Scenic Area covers a total area of 3.22 square kilometers, including the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum and its surrounding attractions such as the Music Stage, Xiaojing Ding, Yangzhi Pavilion, Liuhui Pavilion, Xingjian Pavilion, Guanghua Pavilion, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, and Zijin Mountain Adventure Park.
