A Warm Stay at Yunting Yishan Boutique Homestay

Our stay at Yunting Yishan Boutique Homestay in Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village was wonderful, offering the perfect location for anyone arriving at the west gate. It’s just a short 50-meter walk from the electric shuttle bus station and conveniently located on a downhill path with no staircases. The owner was incredibly thoughtful, allowing us to check in early and even giving us a free upgrade to a room with a panoramic view of Miao Village. The room was cozy, and the spacious shower room with excellent hot water supply made for a comfortable stay. While the sound insulation wasn’t perfect—something common due to the traditional building design in Miao Village—we still enjoyed a restful sleep. Breakfast was a delightful start to the day, featuring a big bowl of rice noodles, mantou, and fresh soya milk, all included in our stay. One highlight was the photography experience—the coupon provided included a traditional hairdo and makeup session, making for a memorable activity. The exclusive viewing platform attached to the hotel and photography shop offered breathtaking views of Miao Village, and the reasonable charges made the experience even more satisfying. We left with beautiful memories and would gladly return!
