The terrain along the way to Baodu Village is diverse and it is quite interesting to walk. However, in the first line of sky, the iron chain rock wall terrain is relatively steep and dangerous, so you still have to be careful. Meals are available in Mawuzhai Village (15 yuan for a full meal) and Baodu Village. You don’t have to worry about supplies. You can ask the restaurant to help replenish mobile phone power during meals. However, the B&Bs in Baodu Village are almost fully booked during the holiday, and some B&Bs will provide tent accommodation. The terrain along the way from Laolongkou to Xilian Temple is flat and easy to walk on, so you can use it to make progress. You can go in to Xilian Temple to pray for your trip. After Xilian Temple, there is a 350-meter climb to the Lightless Tunnel. After exiting the Lightless Tunnel, take the highway to the Xiyagou Scenic Area. It is best to replenish some water here. There is no water supply when you come to Cross Ridge Road. There is no iron house to replenish water until the intersection about two kilometers before Cross Ridge. From Xiyagou to Shiziling, there is a steep climb on winding mountain roads and paths. When you exit Xiyagou, you will see the international hiking route sign and continue walking forward for a while. You will encounter the scenic spot ticket purchase point about 30 meters ahead and there is a hiking trail for travelers on the left. Start cutting up there. This section of the road is about 7.5 kilometers and climbs 700 meters, which takes about 3.5 hours. You need to control the climbing time in the second half of the day and have a headlight in the dark to avoid danger. About two kilometers before Cross Ridge, you will see many people starting to rush to camp. In fact, the scenery when camping is more beautiful when you go up to Cross Ridge. There are also accommodation, meals and supplies provided by iron houses if you go further to the left. I didn't see it at that time. I only had 750 ml of water left on me. It was very difficult to find water that night. When I saw the supplies at Cross Ridge, I immediately checked three lines. I was so sad last night. You can dine at Xilian Temple and Xiyagou to replenish your batteries. If you stop at the supply point at Shiziling, it will be a pity that you will not be able to see the beautiful sunset and sunrise. But when we got to Shuangrufeng in Wangmangling Scenic Area, we walked a bit wrong. I didn’t do enough homework. When I got to Shuangrufeng, there was a fork in the road and I should have gone left along the wooden plank road. But I saw a bunch of trekking friends resting and laying down under Shuangrufeng. The signs are all marked on the right side, so I walked right, and then there was a terrifying 500-meter descent of 1 kilometer. It took me an hour to get to the bottom, and I was hungry. The food from the nearby Dishuizhai farmhouse was 15 yuan, so I went in first to eat. Let’s talk later. Halfway through the meal, I asked the old lady next to me how to hike to Guoliang Village in Kunshan. She was stunned for a moment. She had to climb a mountain to get there, and that road was in that direction...ah! Wasn't that the steep descent I just made? You don't want to climb up again. It will take at least two hours to climb steeply. If you climb to the top and walk again, you won't be able to reach Kunshan at night. In the end, I had to rent a car to return to the entrance of Wangmangling Scenic Area. The master at the entrance of the scenic area couldn't figure out where to go. Later, I asked a roadside B&B and found that I couldn't walk across Kunshan Hanging Wall. I had to take a bus from the scenic area and had to go to Yingpan Village. Buy a ticket and take a scenic bus through the Kunshan Hanging Wall Tunnel, then let the instructor put it down at the entrance of the Guqiao Tunnel on foot, and finish the remaining three kilometers of winding mountain road to Kunshan Village.
