No doubt that the Ramada UB City Center is one of the best hotels in the city. What I loved the most about this hotel is that it is connected to a large mall with many stores and food outlets - so convenient for shopping and eating. Hansang Restaurant and Cafe Restime are also a part of the hotel building, and both were great! The rooms are super comfortable (the one I had featured an amazing panoramic view of UB city - breathtaking), and the shower is huge!! Finally, the staff were super helpful in assisting me with organising airport transfers and car rental for the day, where I got to see the beautiful Terelj National Park. Overall, I had a memorable stay here- would definitely recommend!

The stay was average. Front desk staff speaks good English. I visited in late January. The room was way too warm for my liking so my sleep wasn't too good. The air conditioning doesn't work in winter and lowering down the temperature takes forever. The only way to cool down is to open the window, but with the air quality being very bad - not advisable. I ordered room service from the Irish place upstairs, but the guy there does not speak good English so instead of pumpkin soup I got some meat cream soup. The thing I did not like and which kinda spoiled my morning plans as I had an arranged meeting, was the fact that the breakfast which was supposed to start at 7am, was 30 minutes late. If you tell people it's from 7am, then please stick to it. No other complaints. Oh, maybe just the omnipresent smell of coal in the entire city, thus also in rooms, but I guess it's just me, a visitor not being used to it.

I loved this hotel because the staff were so universally friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was just lovely. I had two great meals there. Good value for money too. My one big complaint is the room was way too hot. It was 33°C. The air conditioning didn't work. The only advice I could be given was open the window. The 3 inches it opened. Nothing worked and it did make sleep difficult. Such a shame as it puts me off rebooking for October when I go again. There is an excellent ”Walking Street” opposite the hotel with restaurants and bars, so I'll be sad to change to a different hotel. Fix the room temperature, please!

The Flower Hotel has 180 rooms and is very popular with local, Asian and Russian travelers. My room was very large, the bathroom was also and there was a bathtub. Room service was confusing, sometimes lacked toilet paper, some other thing. The facilities were good, but they came into the years and without much snack. The bed was very good, air conditioning worked. The Indian and Japanese local in the house I personally found moderate and overpriced, the Korean on the cross is fantastic. Breakfast is versatile, but unfortunately in a jewelry windowless room. Very difficult: the indoor rooms close shortly after 21:00. I didn't understand that at all - often I came there just from the work and finally worried about the corner of the mini market. The staff is very careful. Location: The hang down is the shopping mall Emart with mostly Korean range and large food department - closes at 22:00. At foot you can reach something - sometimes faster than in the taxi through the bust. What was really nice: from the lobby to the room you have to get down a stairway to one gang, then again a stairway to the lift. As I always took several baggage to work, it was my daily sports exercise - although not rarely an hotel staffer hurried and helped. But all in all I felt very well.

We used the Alpha Hotel as a base, booking in on three separate occasions around a week exploring the Gobi desert and a two week stay in Khovd province. The rooms are spacious. When the hotel s busy, there is a buffet breakfast with plenty of choice, but at quieter times they bring a plate of different items and you just pick out what you want. They have a security room and will hold items for you when you're travelling and we found this extremely convenient. Polite staff and the restaurant is also good.

I stayed at this hotel from March 17 to March 24 of the current year. The hotel has a bar and restaurant whose staff, waiters and clerks, are very professional young people. The following thing happened. I booked the hotel and for reasons beyond my control I did not They had received it - the lady with the folder did not speak, she only said pay. Pay not in the correct way. I did not receive any information from the hotel about the services it offered. The room had dirty pillowcases and sheets.

We arrived with a friend at the hotel on 10/29/22 at 7 am, we were tired after the train and even though the check-in was at 11 am, we were immediately settled by a beautiful girl at the reception. I really liked the room on the 7th floor, there are bottles of free water on the table, tea and coffee, shower accessories in the bathroom, everything is free and by the way is replenished every day. The room was also cleaned every day. Everything is standard in the room, two large beds, a tea table, a kettle, a refrigerator, a TV (by the way, there are many Russian-language channels), there is a safe, which is very convenient. For breakfast buffet, quite a variety of breakfasts, very friendly girls cook omelettes;) Very good soundproofing in the hotel, very quiet at night. What I want to especially note is that at the reception we met a girl named Miga, she speaks Russian very well, she quickly settled us on the first day. Miga and then helped us a lot on all issues. With excursions, with a taxi, with purchases of Medicines, products, and even where to buy something. She gave her personal phone number and of course we constantly used her kindness. She is a golden person, because she never refused, but suggested where it was cheaper and how it would be more convenient. I made a reservation for 3 nights, but I arrived at 8am on the first day to leave my bag, but I heard I could check-in early so I left my bag in the room. He was very kind and pleasant. But when I got back around 9pm a female employee called me in and forced me to pay MNT10000 for early check-in. I said, You didn't tell me in the morning and I can't pay. Then she said, ”Then he who worked in the morning should pay instead of you.” It was also very unpleasant of her to say this to me. She was so unkind. 3박 예약하고 첫날 아침 8시에 도착해서 가방을 맡기려고하니, 일찍 체크인 할 수 있다해서 방에 가방을 두고 나옴. 남자직원이 너무 친절하고 상냥. 그런데 밤 9시쯤 호텔에 돌아왔을 때, 여직원이 날 불러서 조기 체크인 비용 MNT10000을 내라고 두번 강요함. 아침에 말 안해줬고, 낼 수 없다하니, ”그러면 아침에 일했던 남자직원이 당신 대신 돈을 내게 할거다”라고 함. 호텔에서 이런말을 나에게 하는것도 나를 불쾌하게 함. 그리고 가성비 너무 안좋음. 조식도 별로, 헬스장도 너무 낡은 고장난 기계들뿐..

Hotel is same building with a bank. Next building also another bank and thus changing money is easy. B1 is small supermarket with prices displayed. Level 2 is restaurant for meals. Level 3 hotpot restaurant.. (did not try) Big TV. Toiletries provided. Mini bar at your cost with fridge. Level 8 sauna is apparently not open during my visit. Opposite hotel is another small supermarket and prices are displayed for your convenience. Nomin supermarket is about 500m away..
