"I chose this hotel because I was visiting relatives. The only downside is that each room only had soft pillows. Typically, hotels should provide at least two types of pillows in the room. When I asked the front desk for a latex pillow, they said they had run out, which means they don't have enough pillows for their guests. They should definitely stock more in the future. The hotel did apologize, which was quite prompt. On the positive side, the front desk called us in the evening to let us know that our car's back window was open, which was a very timely discovery. Overall, it's a great hotel. The room was clean and had a smart toilet. The surrounding area has plenty of amenities, making it convenient for getting around, and parking is free for hotel guests."

"Breakfast was a bit chaotic, and the room was indeed too small; I couldn't figure out where to open my suitcase. However, the service attitude was excellent, and the room hygiene was good. It's close to the beach, with a small path leading right there. The hotel offers electric scooter rentals, which you can use to get to Qinhuangxiaoxiang. They also provided a complimentary photo service, but we didn't have time to take advantage of it."

"Absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and even had a courtyard. Everything was smart-home enabled, and there was always a supply of complimentary fruit and tea. It's super close to the beach, and also very near Pigeon's Nest Park and Biluodao Bar (which I highly recommend!). When we checked out, they even gave a souvenir to my child. The front desk girl was incredibly enthusiastic and even upgraded our room."

The room was clean and tidy, with thoughtful child-friendly designs everywhere. The free beachcombing tools were incredibly useful. Kids can play all day long at the indoor soft play area and the age-specific pools, giving parents a much-needed break. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, and the hygiene was excellent. The value for money is outstanding. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Beidaihe. Highly recommend for families with children!"

"Great hotel. Literally right on top of a huge mall with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Room is clean and modern with cool city views, especially at night. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Handan!"
