"An unexpected surprise at Laichao Lezhi City! I brought my parents along, and luckily, we got upgraded to the Bruce Family Suite because of a room adjustment with the scenic area. It's a massive 127 square meters – super spacious and beautiful. The hotel lobby is also quite grand, and staying here gives you free access to an exclusive tide-watching spot. The Music House Museum on B1 is definitely worth a visit, and the restaurants here are also pretty good. It gets a bit noisy with kids during holidays, but the experience is excellent on weekdays."

"Had a fantastic stay! Huge shout-out to客服小魏 (Xiao Wei from customer service). She called me right after I booked through Trip.com to ask about my preferences, and even helped me upgrade my room. After check-in, she thoughtfully asked if I was driving and assisted with vehicle access permissions. The room itself was great too – I was on the 44th floor overlooking Haining City, though unfortunately, heavy haze that day obscured the view. The pool and gym were a welcome addition, adding some fun to an otherwise hectic business trip. I especially recommend the lamb offal soup for breakfast – it was incredibly tender and smooth 👍. My only suggestion would be to serve the lamb soup a bit hotter. A piping hot lamb soup, combined with the cilantro-infused offal, would really bring out their unique aromas! 🥰"

"This review is long overdue! During the May Day holiday, a friend recommended Hualuxe for a trip with the kids, raving about the delicious food and excellent service. I didn't expect it to exceed my expectations so much—it was full of delightful surprises and an amazing experience! First, let's talk about the service. It's genuinely the best service I've ever encountered at this price point. Andy thoughtfully sent me tips before check-in, and they tried their best to accommodate any requests. The pre-check-in experience alone was already perfect. After checking in, whenever a staff member downstairs saw me carrying something, they'd proactively ask if I needed help. It truly felt like a home away from home! The biggest highlight, though, has to be their breakfast! It was absolutely fantastic – a huge variety, and everything was delicious. Even the fruit juice was freshly squeezed, and the coffee was incredibly good, easily on par with what you'd buy outside. I've been back in Shanghai for a while now, and I still crave their breakfast! I loved it so much; I'll definitely go back if I get the chance!"

"Choosing to stay at the Qianjiang Junting Hotel for this trip was an excellent decision! First off, the location is superb, right by the Qiantang River, so we could see the Qiantang River Tidal Bore right from our room's balcony – incredibly convenient. Secondly, the hotel facilities are comprehensive. Even though it's been open for over a decade, the hotel is exceptionally well-maintained and still looks grand and luxurious. Furthermore, both the cleanliness and service were outstanding; the hotel, inside and out, was spotless. The staff were highly professional and provided thoughtful, attentive service, making us feel right at home. All in all, our stay at the Qianjiang Junting Hotel was very pleasant and satisfying. "Our second stop for Chinese New Year was Yanguan, and choosing the Xuandemen Hotel was a brilliant decision! The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the scenic area. The complimentary shuttle bus is available on demand, making it incredibly convenient to get around the scenic area and travel to and from the tide-watching spot. It saved us a lot of walking and made our travel experience perfect. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with both Chinese and Western options. Everything was fresh and delicious, with so many selections to satisfy different tastes. It was a great way to fuel up for a day of exploring. The overall ambiance was elegant and comfortable, making for a fantastic stay. There were so many activities planned for the New Year that we couldn't even get to all of them – we just went with the flow. The resort atmosphere was amazing, and the most unique part was the firsthand tide-watching experience, which was both stunning and unforgettable. The hotel even thoughtfully reminded us of the tidal bore times, which really enhanced the experience."

I suggest that everyone go to Hangzhou to park their cars in the Huanglong Sports Parking Lot, which is capped at 30 yuan. It is very convenient to take children and the elderly to the Science and Technology Museum, the Natural History Museum and the West Lake. The hotel exterior and the West Lake scenery are shown later."
