The hotel's ambiance is exceptionally elegant, and the room was spotless, with every corner reflecting thoughtfulness and attention to detail – absolutely fantastic! It truly warms your heart. The amenities are comprehensive, and the toiletries are top-notch, giving you peace of mind. The breakfast spread was dazzlingly diverse, a perfect blend of Chinese and Western options to satisfy all tastes."

"Even though everything is new, it felt better than expected! The main thing is that we didn't have any bad meals during our three days in the scenic area – the food was good, and the prices weren't high, which was a pleasant surprise! The tidal bore show in front of the visitor center plays for 10 minutes every hour on the hour, and it's free to watch. Before we checked in, the hotel added me on WeChat and provided check-in instructions, navigation, and parking information. Since I didn't want to get stuck in traffic during the holiday, I took the subway and then the Hanghai Intercity line. After getting off at Yanguan station, I didn't want to wait for the shuttle bus, so I took a taxi. It took about an hour and a half from the city center to the scenic area, and the journey was quite smooth. A big thank you to the front desk staff, Xiao Meng and Xiao Xiu, for all the information they provided during our stay. Both the daytime and nighttime views are great, with plenty of places to explore and eat – though it does make your legs tired. The shuttle bus is free for hotel guests, but it takes a roundabout route. Unless you're going to watch the tide at the Tidal Bore Park, it's not really necessary for non-guests. Tidal Bore Park requires a separate ticket; you'll regret it if you don't see the bore, and you might regret it if you do – it's mainly about experiencing it since you're already here. Be sure to protect yourself from heatstroke and sunburn when watching the tide! All the activities are music-related, with循环 performances. You can check the schedule via the WeChat mini-program. The scenic area map is a bit abstract, though; the locations of the shows are basically impossible to find directly on the map. You either have to ask someone or try to figure out the connections to find them. Don't rely on the routes shown on the map; just use it for general direction. If you want to go somewhere, walk in the general direction, and you can cut through small paths and buildings – as long as there's a path, you can go. Walking in and out of the Xuande Gate Hotel, the small side gate is the most convenient. Currently, only the indoor pool is open. I also took a stroll to the Main Singer Hotel on the other end; it has a different style, so it might be nice to try staying there for a day."

"I was very satisfied with my stay! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining options and easy transportation nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"Had a fantastic stay! Huge shout-out to客服小魏 (Xiao Wei from customer service). She called me right after I booked through Trip.com to ask about my preferences, and even helped me upgrade my room. After check-in, she thoughtfully asked if I was driving and assisted with vehicle access permissions. The room itself was great too – I was on the 44th floor overlooking Haining City, though unfortunately, heavy haze that day obscured the view. The pool and gym were a welcome addition, adding some fun to an otherwise hectic business trip. I especially recommend the lamb offal soup for breakfast – it was incredibly tender and smooth 👍. My only suggestion would be to serve the lamb soup a bit hotter. A piping hot lamb soup, combined with the cilantro-infused offal, would really bring out their unique aromas! 🥰"

"The online service arranged for us a room with a balcony on the 3rd floor. As soon as we entered, there was a strong smell of new renovation because the windows hadn't been opened. We kept the windows and balcony door open while we slept, and the smell was fine then. The duvet was a thick winter one, which was a bit too warm for the current weather. Another thing I have to complain about is that the entire scenic area is very large, but the shuttle bus only stops at the start and end points, not in between, which was really inconvenient and made for a lot of walking. We mainly came to see the tidal bore, and the forecast said it would be one meter high, but in reality, it was probably about a decimeter. Everything else was good. The room even had a small sterilizer for cups, meeting a 5-star service standard."

"Staying at the Haining Hualuxe Hotel for my trip to Haining was an absolutely fantastic experience, a solid five-star recommendation! The hotel's new Chinese-style lobby is grand and elegant, the location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the smart facilities are comprehensive. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and the local specialty pastries are absolutely delicious. What truly stood out during my stay was Andy! His check-in process was efficient and professional, and he was patient and gentle. He proactively explained the hotel's amenities, breakfast times, and local attractions, providing incredibly detailed service. Communication with him was smooth throughout, and his responses were always prompt and genuine. He genuinely put himself in the guest's shoes to solve problems, and his professionalism and service意识 were truly touching. The thoughtful Chinese hospitality that Hualuxe is known for was perfectly embodied by Andy. All the staff throughout the hotel were warm and courteous; the concierge actively helped with luggage, the room cleaning was meticulous, and the accompanying pool and tea space offered an excellent experience. Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, Haining Hualuxe is the top choice in Haining. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Haining, and I highly recommend Andy!"

"The room is large and quiet. It is convenient to drive to Hangzhou on business. The front desk service is very good. Tea is served when checking in and warm water is given when leaving. Free late-night porridge arrives in the evening, which is very rich. Staff will greet you when passing by. The room is large, the breakfast has a wide variety and is delicious. The environment is quiet, and the view outside the floor-to-ceiling window is beautiful. Recommended!"

"During the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays, we took the kids to Yanguan to see the Qiantang River tidal bore. We chose this Haishi Hotel based on reviews, and it was a wonderful surprise! The hotel rooms were spacious, with balconies, exquisitely decorated, and the service was excellent! Located right at the entrance of the ancient city scenic area, hotel guests can enter and exit the area multiple times using facial recognition, or take a shuttle bus – very convenient! There's a restaurant called Guchengmen Restaurant downstairs; the reviews suggested the food was good, but it was too crowded, so we ate out instead. We'll try it again next time!"

"I was on a business trip. I left my backpack with Apple laptop, cash in multiple currencies, passport, handphone in it on the side of the street in front of the hotel, where the Didi pick up was.  I realised this only upon arrival of Hangzhou Airport (1 hour+ drive from the hotel). Immediately call the hotel FO and he managed to get it back from the street and safekeeping it until another Didi pick up and send to me in airport. If any management member see this post, please praise the FO. The incident was on 21/1/2025 around 8am. "
