"The receptionist at the front desk is awesome, she helped me to carry the luggage as the elevator was down , there is a tall n handsome handy man running about for the errands, give me direction of where the bus stop is , the specky girl is very helpful as well.All in all this is a very nice hotel, I will definitely recommend to friends if they were to go Nice."

"Very clean hotel and the reception is very helpful. Nonetheless, I had a very bad experience with Trip.com - where we needed to modify our booking from 2 nights to 1 night, and the hotel is supportive, but Trip.com was not able to send our request to the hotel (it seems nor did they have interest to help with this), despite that I spent 2 hours at night and half an hour in the morning asking them to send my request over the phone. Overall I am quite happy with the hotel, but very disappointed with Trip.com and would alert those who are planning to use this App/website in the future."

"The room was really spacious and the staff is friendly. I had my room upgraded so I have a balcony/terrace during my entire stay, and the view of Nice is just perfect. My stay here was so goood I extended a night. The location is great too, few minutes walk to where all the stores and restaurants are (you just have to explore). Certainly booking here again when I return to French Riviera."

"I was positively surprised when I arrived at the hotel: not only was is super centrally located but also offered great service and lovely rooms at a fantastic price!
The hotel located is about 3min away from the airport tram stop Jean Medécin, 2min from Place Massena and 4min from the old town.
My room was very clean and offered aircon/heating, fridge, haidryer, tv, kettle & complimentary. coffee/tea. The furniture and carpet looked well-maintained and the bed was very comfortable. I was warmly welcomed upon check-in by multilingual staff. I slept very well and can only but recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel location is strategic, just a 5-minute walk from Nice Saint-Augustin train station. The tram to the airport is free from Grand Arenas station, making transportation very convenient.
We booked a Mountain View Twin Room but were given a lower-quality room instead (please refer to the photo).
Additionally, we had to request a room change due to a serious bed issue—the mattress was split in half, which was quite shocking as they were still using a damaged mattress for guests.
To their credit, the front desk responded immediately and changed our room. However, the new room still did not meet our expectations. The bed quality was poor, too soft, and provided no proper back support.
Breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited options. The only hot food available was scrambled eggs and sausages, while everything else was cold. Coffee and juice were from a machine, which didn’t add much to the experience.
Overall, the stay was tolerable for the price, but definitely not worth it given the quality of the rooms, beds, and breakfast. Would not recommend unless you’re on a very tight budget."

"I had an excellent time at the hotel du Pin in Nice. The hotel was very clean, close to the beach, restaurants and the marina. The staff were amazing specially Raphael at the reception desk. He gave us good info on places and restaurants to visit. The only downside was the breakfast menu, very limited but still okay. The eggs were only served as omelet which was horrible, they could at least try to serve fried or boiled eggs too. Apart from the breakfast everything was great. I would recommend this hotel in Nice 👍🏼"

"It is also a huge hotel, and the overall hygiene is not particularly good. The towels felt a bit dirty. But the service attitude is good, and there are restaurants and supermarkets below the hotel, and there is a large shopping mall next to it. The free parking does not exist. Parking on the roadside is 25 euros a day, and parking in the mall is 24 euros a day. The transportation is really convenient, but the room is really average."

NNoelle CCI recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western hotel for the first time, and I must admit, my expectations weren't very high at the outset, given it's a 3-star establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay.
From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference. These small gestures of hospitality were not only practical but also deeply appreciated.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service from the reception staff. They were consistently helpful and maintained a cheerful demeanor, which greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Their assistance and pleasant attitude made navigating my stay and the local area much easier and more enjoyable.
Despite my initial reservations, Best Western has managed to exceed my expectations and provided a genuinely pleasant stay. The combination of attentive service, useful amenities, and a welcoming environment has completely shifted my perspective on what a 3-star hotel can offer. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay, and I look forward to my next visit.

AAnonymous UserIbis Nice-Center Notre-Dame really exceeded my expectations for an Ibis property.
The daily breakfasts (while the items didn’t change much) had an adequate spread with very lovely cut fruit, pastries, excellent nuts and seeds selection with yogurt and an egg boiling station which you could make eggs as how you would like them.
Their coffee and tea machines were excellent and they even had a cocktail hour with free pastries and bonbons in the late afternoon if you ever wanted a quick snack.
The location was excellent. The hotel was on a perpendicular street to the Main Street with the tram line and shopping streets. Lots of eateries around and proximity to the train station meant we were able to go for day trips to Cannes and Monaco with very little hassle.
The bathroom was very spacious and I loved that our room had 2 balconies - one in the main room and one opens in the bathroom which helped to keep it dry and not humid after a hot shower.
View from our room looked into the next residential building but we didn’t mind that. I often sat on the balcony to enjoy my hot coffee in the cool mornings.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property and look forward to retuning in the years to come.

The location is extremely convenient for exploring; you can reach destinations like Cannes and Monaco by train after a mere 10-minute walk to the station. Access to the Old Town is also straightforward via train or tram. The balcony features excellent soundproofed windows, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep. I personally found this location more convenient than staying directly in the Old Town!

AAnonymous UserClose to a Tram Station and will take 20-30mins to the airport. It is far to the city center roughly about an hour. But it is the cheapest I could find for a decent solo room in Nice. Other Hotels are just too expensive. If you are on a budget, this is okay as you will take Trams to go anywhere anyway. It is also a good base if you’re planning to go to Cannes and Monaco fo a day trip. Room is small but with a queen sized bed. If you have large suitcase, you will have a hard time opening it as you cannot fully open your luggage. Breakfast costs €10.50. Basic food selection.

GGuest UserA small, pleasant hotel a few meters from the sea promenade. There are restaurants in the vicinity and 2 supermarkets opposite the hotel. Distance from the railway station 15 minutes on foot, from the tram from the airport 8 minutes on foot.
The hotel rooms are smaller, which is standard in France. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful, on the last day we got breakfast at 6:00 a.m., despite the fact that it was officially only from 7:30 a.m. The hotel provides luggage storage for early arrival or late departure. We got a free upgrade to a superior room facing the courtyard. The room is new, clean, comfortable. The bathroom is also small but clean and well equipped. Cleaning and towel change was done every day and the cleaning was detailed. The breakfast was excellent (yogurts, cereals, ham, cheese, sausages, scrambled eggs, croissants, cakes, fruit, fruit puree, jams,...), the weak link was the coffee. The drip coffee in a thermos was weak, the coffee from the machine (cappuccino, latte, cocoa) was made of powder. At the bar, they have an espresso machine, with such a small number of guests, the bartender would surely manage to make everyone a normal high-quality espresso, and the guests would appreciate it.

Right across the street, you'll find a McDonald's and a Carrefour, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and groceries. There's also a laundromat nearby, which is a big plus. And for dining, there are some excellent pizza places close by. All things considered, a really great place to stay.

MMAK SHUI YEE JOYGood location. With a small balcony, surprisingly. Plug is not beside the bed. It is a bit inconvenient. We looked through the breakfast but we decided not to take it. It looked OK but it seemed that we could get the better one outside. The reception was willing to help amd let us store our luggage there.
