"Very clean hotel and the reception is very helpful. Nonetheless, I had a very bad experience with Trip.com - where we needed to modify our booking from 2 nights to 1 night, and the hotel is supportive, but Trip.com was not able to send our request to the hotel (it seems nor did they have interest to help with this), despite that I spent 2 hours at night and half an hour in the morning asking them to send my request over the phone. Overall I am quite happy with the hotel, but very disappointed with Trip.com and would alert those who are planning to use this App/website in the future."

"I arrived to find my luggage was lost, and even my travel adapter was gone. The staff were incredibly helpful and lent me some. Breakfast was decent, and although it was a bit noisy due to the Christmas market next door, the hotel is very close to the beach and has plenty of restaurants and bars nearby."

"The location is excellent, very close to Promenade des Anglais, and a 5-6 minute walk to Nice Beach. There's an induction cooker and microwave, and other cookware and tableware are also provided. A bowl of hot noodle soup in the morning is enough to soothe a Chinese stomach after eating white food every day. Remember to bring your own condiments. Check-in and check-out are completely self-service; I didn't see a single staff member during my three nights. There are free umbrellas, beach mats, and beach towels available for rent in the hallway, which is very convenient. There's nothing more authentic than taking your own gear and enjoying Nice Beach."

"Spectacular hotel, excellent location right on the Promenade de Anglais so sea is just on the front. Staff is extremely helpful, the room was clean with good amenities. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast options were good but i missed a coffee machine - only brewed coffee available with milk on the side Also upon check in you will need to pay 100eur deposit, which I was not aware of at first, but maybe it was just me not checking thoroughly. Upon check out it was refunded within 10-15mins"

"The location was excellent. There are several train stations nearby, so transportation is very convenient. It’s also close to the airport, but the noise wasn’t an issue at all. I could sleep very well. The room was spacious. I stayed alone, but the room had three single beds, which made it comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. There were no hairdryers or toothbrushes in the room, but you can borrow them at the reception."

"The hotel is located in the heart of Nice, with a great atmosphere and very friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious, with complimentary drinks and tea. The staff even gave us a small gift when we checked out."

"There was no elevator, and it was very difficult to carry two suitcases up to the 3rd floor. The old lady at the front desk didn't speak English very well, but she was very enthusiastic and introduced the seaside and Monaco to us."

"Location is next to the sea which is good - consequently the hotel is quite a bit of distance from the SNCF train station so it might be a bit of an issue for travellers with big luggages. Overall the hotel is clean, both the room and the lobby, lift etc. Good room service and good manners from staffs that interacted with us. Not much facilities but that's okay as the purpose of the stay is not to enjoy the facilities in the hotel. Would highly recommend based on this price range!"
