Going home to calm down to write a review! First of all, the little brother at the front desk was very warm and friendly at night! I have tried my best to satisfy the problems I mentioned and help! Very considerate! It’s so warm that there is a late-night porridge, just to take the children out, the children are hungry in the middle of the night! It's really convenient! The breakfast was very delicious and the room was clean and tidy! There was no family room that night. The twin bed I chose was too convenient for two children and became a big bed for 2.4x2! It happened to be Mid-Autumn Festival. When I checked out, I also sent a gift. There were branded potato chips, peach and plum moon cakes, and Shenyang's special Blonde Candy! Really not fooled! Fei Shenyang plus points! Before leaving, I still filled the water, and I felt like I went to a friend's house! The price of the Mid-Autumn Festival is still cheap! Next time I go to the museum, I still live! (To Liaoning Technology Stock, Museum, must live here, so close) The child is very happy to live (his home has an underground parking lot, it is too convenient to go upstairs directly)

Stay at this hotel every time ✅ When I walked into the hotel lobby, I was immediately struck by the elegant atmosphere inside, which had a modern and high-end feel. The service desk is located in the middle of the lobby, with a rest area on the left and the guest room elevator hall on the right. The check-in process was smooth and the front desk staff were very welcoming and made people feel at home. 🍱The hotel's restaurant is located on the 2nd floor, providing buffet breakfast and afternoon tea. Breakfast is from 7 to 11 am. The meal time is very sufficient. I always slept until 10:30 before getting up and going downstairs to eat. There are many types of food and the taste is very good. Shenyang local soda drinks are also thoughtfully prepared. It can be said that the service is really good. 🛏️The room facilities are very complete. It is very convenient to not need to take out the electricity card. The whole house is equipped with smart guest control. When you come to Shenyang, stay at Hauser Ruili Hotel🎉

I came with my elderly and two children, and I thought I would go to the hotel right after getting off the high-speed train. The hotel is very close to the exit, right opposite the station. The room was nice however overall this hotel was below our expectations in a few ways, given the price paid. 1) The check in process took 15 minutes and was quite frustrating with repeated questions. We are foreigners (but speak Chinese), so our passports had to be registered, however the steps could have all been done by taking a photo of our passport rather than us standing there after a long journey. It would also be better if they could have just asked us to sit down to wait, or told us approximately how long this process would take. 2) There are only two slow lifts servicing the entire building, with the amenities and reception floor on level 26, which is on a separate floor to all of the guest rooms. During peak times we waited a long time for lifts. 3) There are not enough laundry machines (only 2 washers and dryers) and we had to wait every time. 4) The gym is too basic. No weights, mats or aircon. 5) the daily housekeeping is not comprehensive. We were out of tissue paper for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed, and the rubbish was not always cleared.
