"My favorite hotel in Macau. There's no spa now, but right across the street on the first floor, there are many snack shops that are affordable, hygienic, and good value for money. Fisherman's Wharf is also just across the road, and Lotus Square is right next door. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, and the service is excellent."

"I specifically booked this hotel for the Line Friends theme, and the room's balcony was absolutely adorable! It was a shame it rained, so I couldn't take many pretty photos. The bathtub and shower area were also very spacious. We chose to have breakfast at the themed restaurant in the shops next door. The breakfast set was really substantial; I couldn't finish it all and felt so sad to leave it! The hotel is quite close to the East Asian Games LRT station. If you want to go elsewhere, you can walk to the Grand Lisboa Palace next door, where there are shuttle buses to various places, which is very convenient."

Seeing this, the staff immediately arranged for our room to be cleaned and allowed us to check in early – such a kind gesture. The room itself was large, clean, and tidy, complete with UK standard plug adapters, USB ports, and even a check-in reminder, all of which really show how much care the hotel puts into its guests' experience. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere, and it's right next to the LRT station for hassle-free travel. Thumbs up, very good!"

"I accidentally booked the wrong dates, but after some communication, they allowed me to change them. Although I had to wait a bit, the whole process went smoothly. The assistant lobby manager provided excellent service, helping me coordinate and handle the check-in from start to finish! The room was very spacious, with two separate rooms, which my kids absolutely loved."

"Very good hotel, but the staff attitude at the breakfast restaurant was disappointing. The girl who prepares the juice had a really bad attitude. I simply asked for a drink, and she seemed very unwilling to serve me. She even glared at me. The hotel itself is of a very high standard, but this staff do not meet that standard! Her attitude was disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel of this quality."
