TDMaoI rarely leave reviews, but this time I just had to because the hotel was so exceptional, and I didn't want the hard work of all the staff to go unnoticed.
I stayed for four days, and the room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, clean, and beautiful. But beyond the room's comfort, the service truly provided an overwhelming amount of emotional value. 👍
The complimentary pick-up and drop-off service was fantastic. The driver was formally dressed, neat, and proactively helped us with all our luggage. The car was also spotless, and everyone received a wet towel and a bottle of mineral water upon entering. The attention to detail in their service was outstanding.
The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and diligent. Every day, they offered a free selection of snacks, beverages, ice cream, and tea bags. Whenever we had questions, they answered with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, and even gave us various small gifts, which was a delightful surprise.
The housekeeping service was absolutely unparalleled; it made you feel like royalty (like even the emperor would bow to you! 😂). All the housekeeping ladies not only fulfilled every request but also proactively anticipated our needs. For example, when they saw my glasses on the table, a housekeeping attendant proactively brought an eyeglass case. When they noticed we had a lot of clothes, a lady would bring a drying rack. And when they saw our cosmetics scattered on the table, another lady brought two small cosmetic bags to help us organize and carry them more conveniently.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, with a comprehensive selection of Chinese and Western, hot and cold dishes. The restaurant staff would also proactively and randomly ask guests daily, 'How was your rest last night? Do you have any suggestions for improvement?' If they saw a guest carrying too many plates, they would offer to help carry them back to the table. For dishes that took a few minutes to prepare, they would ask for the table number and deliver them. If you didn't want to go downstairs for breakfast, they could even deliver it to your room.
The parking attendant was also amazing, helping with parking, moving cars, and safekeeping keys. Whenever you parked, the attendant was always there, truly providing constant assistance. 😂
Across every service, there were so many instances of such proactive service that it truly deserves the highest praise.

My accommodation in Zhengzhou during my Henan trip. Usually, tourists seem to stay near Erqi Square. However, since we needed to take a train from Zhengzhou East Station to travel across multiple cities, and also planned to visit 'Only Henan' (a scenic spot), plus I heard the scenery around 'The Big Corn' building was good, I specifically chose it as our accommodation for these few days. It turned out to be an excellent choice.
Even more, I have to thank 'The Big Corn' for a fortuitous decision: because I chose to stay during two nights that were considered 'off-peak,' I adjusted our travel dates. If not for this, our trip would have coincided with a heavy rainstorm, making it impossible to go out at all.
The room itself was fantastic – very large and spacious, with that classic five-star hotel feel. The bathtub was very comfortable for soaking, and the desk was convenient for work. Welcome fruits were also provided. However, the small snacks in the room that I saw mentioned in other reviews didn't seem to be there; I'm not sure if it was due to the room type or something else.
The service was also excellent. Ms. Zhang Dongmei and Ms. Kong Mengge provided outstanding service. They were very responsive to all requests. When checking in, they directly offered a late checkout until 4:00 PM, which was incredibly convenient.
Regarding the food, I was also very satisfied. The breakfast had a wide variety of options: Roujiamo (meat burger), Huimian (braised noodles), rice noodles, Hulatang (spicy soup), millet porridge, cold dishes, fruits, baked goods, and various Chinese and Western delicacies. It was exceptionally rich and satisfying. The executive lounge was also great; happy hour offered several hot dishes, fruits, desserts, and very good drinks. You could even print custom patterns on your coffee.
The facilities, including the gym, swimming pool, and hot spring pool, were also very good. Amenities were plentiful; the swimming pool even had clean towels and non-slip slippers provided.
Right downstairs is a large lake, and an evening stroll there with the breeze was very comfortable.
I will definitely come back again.

Guest UserMy trip to Luoyang was made even better by the Banshan Siji Hot Spring Hotel. It's very close to both the high-speed train station and the Longmen Grottoes. The hotel itself has beautiful landscaping and excellent facilities. The guest rooms are modern and stylish. The butler service was professional and attentive. I stayed for five days and four nights, and enjoyed looking at the lovely courtyard every day. It was a real treat! Next time I visit, I'll definitely choose Banshan Siji Hot Spring Hotel again!

Anonymous UserThis was my first time in Zhengzhou, specifically to see Zhou Shen's concert. I only stayed one night, but the Jajin Hotel left a deep impression on me. Every staff member was incredibly friendly during check-in, and they even upgraded my room and gave us a complimentary afternoon tea. They promptly provided information about the shuttle bus times and locations, and added us to a WeChat group. They flawlessly organized seven shuttle buses to and from the Olympic Sports Center for hundreds of 'Shengmi' (Zhou Shen's fans) – not a single person was left behind! A big thank you to the entire concert service team: Wang Youxing, Fu Wei, Yin Junpeng, Shang Jianghao, Lü Keying, Liu Jian, Liu Chengyu, and Wang Huibin! And of course, all the staff who assisted me during my stay. My first trip to Henan was absolutely perfect!

QiutangtangThis time, I chose to stay at the Marriott Hotel in Luoyang, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I especially want to commend the staff from all departments. Upon arrival, staff at the entrance helped with our luggage. The concierge and even a little robot delivered items to our room multiple times. The front desk staff were thoughtful and friendly during check-in. Once in the room, we found it to be comfortable, well-designed, and the attention to detail was impressive. The housekeeping staff even left a personalized welcome letter, which was a lovely touch, and all our individual needs were met. It was a truly delightful stay. The dining experience was also excellent, with high-quality food and attentive service. The Executive Lounge was fantastic; the staff were warm and polite, providing meticulous service, and the happy hour offerings were plentiful. Throughout our stay, the service was professional yet warm, with all departments working together seamlessly and responding promptly, making us feel genuinely valued. Whether for sightseeing or relaxation, this is an excellent choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Luoyang. My thanks also go to all the staff for their dedicated efforts. You've made a significant contribution to Luoyang's cultural tourism! I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Luoyang.

I came from Xi'an to visit, mainly to see the Yellow River. The hotel was booked here. Overall, it was good, with a large area, good environment, friendly waiters, and considerate of the guests. I would like to praise Xiao Jing, the waiter on our floor, for being responsive. The fruit sent by the hotel was of good quality and delicious. Before leaving, they also sent Dragon Boat Festival sachets. There were also foot bathing facilities in the room. After walking for a day, it was very comfortable to soak. I tried to have breakfast as early as possible. If I was late, many things were gone, and the supplementary meals were not timely. In addition, there was no juice for breakfast, and the equipment was empty.
It is convenient to get on and off the highway here, there is no traffic jam, and it is very suitable for a stopover during a long journey

Guest UserThe hotel is very close to Shaolin Temple. However, it's split into several buildings, which makes getting around quite inconvenient, especially on a rainy, windy, and cold day when you're lugging luggage and trying to get to building #3 with an umbrella. It's really, really inconvenient. You have to walk to building #1 to get in and out, or stand by the roadside in the cold wind waiting for a car. The hygiene was okay, but the room didn't even have a fridge or a smart toilet, which honestly makes it fall short compared to other hotels.

An amazing experience!
I stayed here for New Year's Eve, and though I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, my actual stay was fantastic. The New Year's Eve premium wasn't much higher than nearby guesthouses.
Facilities: I expected them to be old, but they were actually quite new. The decor had a great aesthetic, a style I personally really liked. The room had a bathtub and a mini-bar with a good selection of snacks.
The breakfast was surprisingly rich and delicious. I didn't get to try the late-night congee because it was all finished by the time I got back from the New Year's Eve activities. There wasn't great coordination with the park on that front.
The electric curtain got stuck and ripped when I tried to close it, which gave me quite a fright – I almost thought I'd be dealing with a compensation dispute on the first day of the new year. When I mentioned it at check-out, the front desk immediately said it was fine and they'd fix it. That earned them major brownie points.
Hygiene: No issues, very clean.
Environment: Its main advantage is convenience; it's very close to the park, which was much needed given the cold weather and New Year's Eve.
Service: Excellent! The front desk lady even gave me some cookies.

The overall environment is pretty good, and the breakfast at 68 is reasonably priced. The room had water and 4 complimentary drinks. The room itself was quite nice, and the staff were friendly. However, because the hotel is so large, finding the elevators was confusing. The map provided wasn't very clear. There should be more recognizable signs on the walls indicating room numbers and elevator directions. A concerning incident was when I couldn't find an elevator after walking around for a long time, so I decided to take the stairs down. To my surprise, the door on the first floor was locked. I had to go back up to the second floor to find an elevator. For safety, how can the bottom door of a fire escape be locked?

Guest UserThe hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing, oxygen-rich getaway. The balcony in the room offers a great view of the hotel's rockery.
The service was excellent, especially from the lobby manager (the lady in the yellow shirt).
The changing rooms by the pool are very nice, with individual shower stalls equipped with toiletries. The pool itself is spacious and uses an external circulation system. My only minor complaint is that the bottom of the pool was a bit slippery, suggesting it might not be cleaned with a robot very often.
