I paid extra to have a room with nice view, but when I arrived I saw streaks of dirt on the window that spoiled the whole view. I called the concierge to ask for a room change or to clean the windows, but the concierge said that this dirt is outside of the window and all windows have it so they can’t help me with room change or clean it. Also when I went to the sauna, I was told that the sauna was under renovation and would not work for several days. Next time I will stay at another hotel.

We booked for 5 nights stay with Conrad, upon check-in we received conrad Teddy with rose petals on the bed and the bedroom is overseeing Hong Kong Peak view . The view is magnificent . - room size is decent for HK but slightly small comparing to Conrad LA & Conrad Tokyo. - room is a little old fashion and outdated and there's ”MOULDY” smell in the room, we are not very enjoying the smell despite the view -Make up room has separate bath-tub, shower, toilet and 2 basin which are good for couple -they have a lobby bar good for light snack and se live music in the late evening - breakfast spread is TERRIBLE WITH LIMITED OPTIONS & QUALITY IS LOW for CONRAD . We went for 2 days same breakfast menu and we didn't go for the rest I'd the day -location of the hotel is good, you press level 3 and it brings u to Pacific place good for shopping and meals.

The hotel is on Stanley Street. There is a PIZZA store and a convenience store downstairs. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. The room is large and comfortable. You can also buy your own food and cook it back at the hotel. It is recommended to spend three days and two nights to be more leisurely; more You can bring pets to stay with you, but you have to bring all your own pet supplies, which the hotel will not provide; there is a jacuzzi on the top floor, but we did not use it, and it seems not very hygienic; the room faces the sea view and is very comfortable. It would be nice to have a BBQ stove on the terrace It would be even more perfect if you use it! Maybe there are too few staff and there is no service at all. If you use it as a holiday home, you can do everything by yourself.

Great location as Royal Plaza hotel is accessible from shopping center to Mongkok East MRT station. Great hotel service too as hotel arranged for immediate room change when the bathroom floor was wet with dirty water and dirt due to choked drainage. Downside of the hotel is the check-out time at 11am is a bit early.

The hotel was huge, we were on the 67th floor and had a view to die for. At first, it seemed a bit inconvenient to go from one elevator, ground Fl to 41st fl only to walk around the corner to take the higher level elevators to the 67th fl. We very soon adjusted to it though. The connecting malls were very convenient and massive with lots of choices of food. Then there’s the local street walking outside that was filled with small local restaurants too, mostly non-English speaking though. We enjoyed our stay at Nina’s for 5 nights. Will definitely return in future.

New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel: Harbour Views & Bridal Shower Fun! So, I recently stayed at the New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel for a girls' night/bridal shower, specifically booking a Harbour View Room for the occasion. 🎉 The lobby's pretty grand, with high ceilings and a cool circular skylight. ✨ Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. 👍 The elevators have little sofas by them – nice touch! The room itself (around 300 sq ft) was spacious enough, but the decor is a bit dated and nothing too exciting. It's a bit old-school, you know? 🤷♀️ Carpet floors, which I'm not a huge fan of, but they were clean. The highlight, of course, was the harbour view! 🌃 While not quite as dramatic as the official website photos, it was still a decent view of Victoria Harbour, definitely worth it for the price. The room had everything we needed: a comfy king-size bed 🛌 (just the right firmness), bedside lamps, power outlets, and USB charging ports on both sides – super convenient for phones and gadgets. Electric curtains, too! The minibar had a kettle, free bottled water, and a quirky antique-looking bronze ice bucket – loved that detail! Inside the minibar drawers were coffee cups, tea bags, coffee sachets, etc. The bathroom had a separate shower and a big bathtub – perfect for a relaxing soak! 🛁 The toiletries were from Borghese, which smelled great and were pretty good quality. The sink area was a decent size with plenty of space for our stuff, plus hand soap, lotion, and the usual disposable amenities. Overall, the New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel offers decent value for money. 💰 While the decor could use an update, the location is great (right by Hung Hom MTR station), the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is good. If you're looking for an affordable harbour view hotel, this is a solid option. But if you're after trendy design and luxury, this might not be the place for you. 🤔 Pros: 📍 Convenient location near the MTR 🌃 Harbour views (though not exactly as advertised!) Spacious and comfortable rooms 🛀 Bathtub! 🧴 Nice Borghese toiletries 💁🏻♀️ Friendly service Cons: Outdated decor Carpet floors (not for everyone) View not quite as pictured 💲 Value is okay, but not amazing

AAnonymous UserMy first ever Disneyland experience - both the hotel stay and park. Boy oh boy oh boy, I loved how everything was very thoughtfully thought out. From check in to check out, everything was seamlessly done. All the staff from the check in counters, including the cleaning staff and all the support staff were very friendly and cheerful. Loved the furnishings around the entire hotel. Really highlighted the explorer's theme they were going for. Got the standard room and it was spacious, beds were comfy with a large wash/make up area although the bathroom/toilet was a bit tiny. No disposable amenities provided, as per HK's rule but shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotions were provided. There was a filter machine provided as well as a nespresso machine and all were refilled daily. All in all, a wonderful first Disney experience and will definitely be back.

GGuest UserI traveled to this hotel few times before but I will base my comparison/review on last time in Sept 2023. Overall the hotel is really nice and amenities are good but the level of service has dropped significantly since my last stay. The check in/check out times can be up to 90 minutes, the staff is very slow and there and not a lot of stations to check in during “rush” hours (12/15). The staff clicks endlessly on their keyboard and nothing comes out of it. Since it was Chinese valentines I wanted to surprise my gf with some flowers - the reception staff said it’s impossible because you need to book flowers two days in advance and the florist is closed. In a hotel with this many stars I expect better solutions. They offered some sweets later but in the end I had to search for the florist myself and buy the flowers. I booked massage on the day of departure for two persons 90 mins (around 3500 hkd) and the only time available was 11.30. So I asked at the reception of the possibility of late checkout - the lady said and I’m quoting “you can checkout in the morning”. I was astonished. I asked to confirm the possibility with manager. The hotel called the spa to confirm if I’m not lying and reluctantly agreed to late checkout. Last time when I was in that hotel this wouldn’t have happened. The staff reception is rude and robotic. Maybe expect Sera which was great. The staff at the gym greeted me with “hey man” - I expect at such hotel to be welcomed “good morning sir” or such I’m not your friend but a customer. During the massage the masseuse was laughing when I started snoring a bit - awfully unprofessional. Room service is quick and the food portions are large but the it tastes bland. Room are quite clean but the smudges on the windows weren’t cleaned for the whole duration of our stay. Overall I have to rethink if I ever want to come back again.

AAlehROverall, I was quite satisfied with the hotel. It is quiet, with no noisy or malfunctioning air conditioners (as is often the case), no loud neighbors, and no screaming or crying children. The sea view is stunning. A robot promptly delivered an adapter for a European socket directly to the room after it was requested at reception. However, there are a few downsides: there are no major attractions or quality restaurants nearby (just one or two at most); the breakfast is repetitive and offers a limited selection of dishes; the pool and ground-floor restaurants were closed; and the vending machines on the first floor only accept local payment methods, with no support for international payment systems. Furthermore, when transferring to another hotel, the staff assisting with the taxi provided the wrong address. Make sure to personally confirm the destination with the driver to avoid any misunderstandings.

SStellina LThe location is amazing! Love it. Service is pretty bad. Sent an email to them 2 days prior my stay. Till the end of my 6 days stay, there is no reply. I was seeking for help for my Macau travel. The lady at the concierge was impatient and replied “Best not to go via that route if you haven’t purchased the ticket” and went to assist another customer. So if you are an experienced traveller in HK and doesn’t not need any direction, this is still a good location. HK has a new rule, they will not replenished any shower gel & amenities etc. I stayed there for 6 days with a friend. I have to bathe with shampoo as there is no shower gel left (it was less filled) on the last day and I am unable to open the lid to mix with water. So I will recommend only if you stay for less than 6 days. I didn’t read the fine prints. We have to pay extra to use the gym. So if gym is a must, do consider other hotels available. It is HKD $80 per pax.

VValerieLarusseNot a bad place, located around hills and near a small beach. There is a big wardrobe and the bathroom was big. There is a sink in the kitchen and a small refrigerator. The room is big and spacious. The bed wasn’t too big but was comfortable. We were given a music themed room without cleaning provided. There was a tent ( I suppose for a kid) Breakfast is okay not a buffet, but you can choose one of three options. The location is a bit far BUT they provide a shuttle bus to a subway station from early morning till almost midnight. No shops around but there are vending machines in the hotel. There’s a small gym and a swimming pool but it was closed.

GGuest UserStayed here a night before an early morning flight. Arrived by taxi and staff was able to assist us for moving 5 big luggage to the room after check in. The check in was very smooth and gave me clear instructions to the room. The baggage handling staff, Simon Shum, was super helpful by sending the luggage to the room timely, moving them to the room one by one carefully and place them all in an appropriate place in the room. Excellent! Dinner at The China Coast and the experience was fantastic when compared with the service before COVID. The 2 servers were very attentive and handled our order in the best manner . The manager explained the “regal club” benefits and make sure we could enjoy it during our stay. Well done.

GGuest UserThe reception staff was not only professional but genuinely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant experience—special thanks to Allison, Herman, and Kobe for their exceptional service. My room was not only nice and clean, but having a microwave oven was a fantastic bonus. It really enhanced my stay, allowing me to enjoy meals at my leisure. However, I was disappointed with the lift (on the left) during my stay. The panel lights were all off when going up, and I had to press the floor button again to reach my destination. Then, it stopped on the 8th floor, and the door didn’t open, forcing me to press the floor number again to continue. It felt a bit unsettling, almost like an early Halloween experience! I hope this issue can be addressed for future guests.
