Visited Rayong at the beginning of the month ago. Looking for a hotel to sleep I heard that it is a new hotel. So I had the opportunity to go Impressed since the parking lot has been served. Along with inviting to subscribe And get drinks at the pool bar at night A little dark, breakfast has a quite food pattern Yes, the staff look fluent. The service is quite impressive at the staff. But the office in the hotel is quite limited, overall it is good.

Stayed here for one night and due to circumstance was just looking for a good value as there was no time for a resort setting this trip to Rayong. In that situation I usually stay at the Marriott but for a place to sleep and run errands within Rayong this place was great. Room was bigger than I expected, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was solid considering the limitations these days but given the space they are using assume that in ”normal” times it is probably quite grand.

This hotel has the best atmosphere on the Sai Kaew Beach, but it asking price far exceeds the value of dining and service they provide. Basically, they charge close to 5-star prices for what is essentially a pretty nice 3-star hotel. Hotel staff were fine, but the staff at the beach club, which is part of the hotel, tend to be very rude to customers. They enjoy giving guests orders that do not make much sense. Other guests got yelled at for resting their legs on a chair at the their table. I came back from the beach, dried myself and changed a shirt before sitting down on a beach towel, and I was ordered to leave (by yelling) because I'm wet. I am respectful of rules and my family and I have visited many beach front properties, I do not believe we commited any violation of etiquette. I also did not see any of these ”rules” displayed near the beach club. May be this is part of their culture at the Sai Kaew Resort, but when they ask for almost USD 20 (incl. tax) for a simple plate of pasta and YELL at customers, then none of these is acceptable. PS. We stayed over 4 nights, and the breakfast buffet was swarmed by flies every morning. Their food court style free seating arrangement means we had to awkwardly hunt down tables ourselves. Again, TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Kantary Bay Hotel and Serviced Apartments Rayong 是我這10天選擇的飯店，靠近海灣坐擁美景👍，是適合放空放鬆的好地點😊 當初為何要選這間飯店的原因，是我在2007年的一張照片，這海灣很特別讓我想再次探訪這海灣，但時代久遠我已不記得這是在Rayong的哪裡，看著👀Google Maps找到Rayong思索如何找尋，就看到那灣啊灣的圖，一拉大就看到這間飯店，就直接儲存，訂了機票選了這飯店🏨。 一開始在網路上看到這飯店的評價是東西老舊或服務人員的態度不好之類的，但評價這東西總有正反兩面，我這人是自己體會過才會去感受網路的評價，畢竟每個人的感受不同。 我列出我個人感受的點供參： 1. 設備有年代，但是能用心感受到維護與清潔👍。 2. 早餐多樣化，日式、美式、中式，咖啡是我喜歡的味道。 3. 飯店工作人員有禮貌笑容滿面😊。 4. 語言雖然不通但是很認真地回應我😅。 5. 有兩個游泳池，可以很悠閒地度過享受陽光的下午🏊。 6. 在網路上有看到交通不便，我覺得這飯店主要是能讓人放鬆與放空的，而且現在有Grab超方便的👍👍。 7. 飯店旁有2間711讓人買不完🤭。 8. 飯店左右兩邊也都有超棒的餐廳，沿海也有特色小吃🤤。 9. 走出飯店就是海邊，療癒藍😌。 10. 我下次還要來😀。 🟪這飯店能維持並沒有因為疫情而被打敗，是我個人覺得很用心，也就是沒有因為疫情而倒閉，且看到飯店方用心在整理與維護，這樣的態度很好。 🟩飯店還有附設看海的咖啡聽Café Kantary讓人可以放輕鬆地度過。 🟧如果不想住的太觀光吵雜而又想擁有美景，離Pattaya又近，真的適合遠離吵鬧的城市，Kantary Bay Hotel and Serviced Apartments Rayong這間飯店我個人真的喜歡。

Service was great and food was fantastic. Cream was a fantastic server when it came to breakfast. I would like to visit on vacation as opposed to work. I hope to have this experience again as a guest in the future. I will recommend this place to others at home.
