"Stayed 2 weekday nights at Monkey Canopy Resort and overall had an enjoyable stay. It's quite a remote drive on the outskirts of KL, but the kids were excited the moment we arrived. The resort is spacious, beautiful, and even has EV charging stations.
Check-in was self-service. While we were guided to the kiosk, the staff wasn't particularly welcoming and did not provide information such as breakfast timings or the WiFi password. With few guests around, a little more assistance would have been appreciated.
The buggy ride to the room was fun and the buggy drivers were friendly. Waiting time was reasonable, usually under 10 minutes. The room itself was spacious and clean. One thing to note is that there are about 10 steps leading to the room with no ramp, so carrying luggage can be a challenge.
Breakfast was decent but fairly standard, with nasi lemak, noodles, eggs, ham, and bread. The selection remained mostly the same over the two mornings.
The resort grounds are huge with plenty of activities available, although most come at an additional cost. Despite a few service shortcomings, we enjoyed our stay and had a great family getaway."

"Upon alighting at the main entrance, the concierge staff was friendly and helpful and offered to assist us with our luggage and bags. The receptionist(a chinese lady) was welcoming, friendly and helpful and even gave a pack of welcome cookie . ๐
The given room was spacious and clean but i don't get it .. the hotel charged guests RM7/night for sustainability but only provide 2 drinking bottles upon check in only.. There was a kettle that I was able to boil water but I wish there was atleast a water dispenser on each level because otherwise, why are we paying for the sustainability then ? However, i must say that everything in the room were in good condition and there are many lights in the room too .
The city view was nice . They also had a good swimming pool with a good view as well(and the pool attendant was friendly) . If you plan to spend time in sunway lagoon for a day, I recommend you to stay here for few days because its nearby sunway lagoon and the sunway pyramid mall is also about 5 mins walk so its worth to stay here !
Overall, its been a great stay here.. I wish to be back here again next time . Terima kasih ๐"

Room 1311 Deluxe King: My husband, our son, and I recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay here, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish.
The property is exceptionally family-friendly, and the absolute highlight for my son was the free-entry waterpark! It was also incredibly convenient being located so close to the local attraction sites, making our family outings effortless. Each morning, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast with a very good spread of choices to suit everyone.
We were equally impressed with the room's upkeep. The cleanliness was excellent, and coming back to fresh daily towels and incredibly fluffy pillows made our rest exceptionally comfortable.
Finally, the hospitality truly stood out. The staff at the reception area were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and we always received a warm welcome from the friendly security guard. We highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a clean, fun, and comfortable getaway!"

NAMR..Good budget stay in Kuala Lumpur. The room offers a nice view and is comfortable for a short trip. The swimming pool is decent and well-maintained.
Check-in was smooth, but the room floor was slightly wet when I arrived around 3 PM, likely due to recent cleaning. One issue encountered was the safety lock, which suddenly engaged by itself and couldnโt be opened from outside. Thankfully, the maintenance staff responded quickly and helped resolve it.
Parking is available but comes with an extra charge.
Overall, still a value-for-money option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and room readiness.

rabbitcal1st time to Mossaz, previous one was Paxtonz. Difference is just amenities, very tiny details that'll make your stay a little nicer. I'll say Paxtonz is better. But all in still very very good value compared to hotel for the same price. Paid rm85/day for 7 nights.

Gladys May LianCarpet is dirty , I sneezed whenever I bend low to taking stuff from my luggage . The safe was asked to be repaired ย many times , still not worked . Keep giving error message and not able to lock my valuables.
On arriving body wash was empty .

ikwsI had a pleasant stay at Tune Hotel KLIA2. The location is excellent, especially for travellers with early morning or late-night flights, as it is conveniently connected to the airport terminal. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel facilities were adequate for a short transit stay, and I appreciated the convenience of food outlets and airport amenities.
Favourite part of my stay: The direct and easy access to KLIA2, which made my journey stress-free and convenient.

I was on a business trip to visit a client, and the overall environment was quite good. The lobby was suitable for meetings. It was a good place to stay for catching a flight after 6:30 AM breakfast, as it's very close to Subang Airport.

Guest UserOverall, the room was decent. They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, but you need to book in advance. We forgot to book and, being unfamiliar with the area, ended up taking a taxi which cost around 60 yuan. There are small local Malaysian restaurants about a 5-minute walk away, which were pretty good. The only issue was crossing the road, as there were no traffic lights or sidewalks. The hotel has a swimming pool, but we arrived late and it closed at 10 PM. The service was quite good, and the room was a decent size too. All in all, it was an okay experience, and I'd consider staying here again if needed.

Ramya95The hotel lobby and room were luxurious, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the ladies' parking facility, which was convenient and thoughtful. The location was excellent, with shops and restaurants within walking distance.
However, there were a few issues during my stay. The bathroom pipe was broken, and the air-conditioning remote control was not functioning properly. In addition, although the room was booked for four guests, only two towels were provided. The shower gel and shampoo bottles were also insufficiently filled and ran low quickly.
I provided this feedback during checkout. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I hope these maintenance and housekeeping issues can be addressed to further enhance the guest experience.
