We spent two nights at the Parkhotel Bellevue Lenk. Our family room was spacious (two rooms) and clean. The bathroom was large and also clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The two we reported shortcomings in the room were immediately corrected. Breakfast buffet is overviewable but sufficient. dinner in the hotel was good. Unfortunately there is no children's menu. Since it is an Asian restaurant, this is not optimal. The location of the hotel is excellent. The whole house has come into the years something that is clearly visible. The staff is struggling to keep everything in the shot, but a generous renovation would not hurt. For a short stay the hotel is recommended at any time. Wi-Fi signal was very good. Family room 129 is super recommended. As it goes out to the side, it is also very quiet.

Wir haben eine Übernachtung in die Rinderberg Swiss Alpine Lodge für ein Familienweekend gebucht. Die Location und der Standort sind wunderbar und super erreichbar. Die Hotelzimmer erscheinen auf den ersten Blick sehr schön und sind auch gross, jedoch mangelt es hier an Sauberkeit, Sorgfalt und der Liebe zum Detail. Das Personal im Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit jedoch auch extrem unbeholfen und ineffizient. Die Kinderstühle wurden beispielweise nicht bereitgestellt, waren auch nicht gereinigt und sogar defekt. Das sehr gut (Rindstatar, Burger, Salat) und auch schön angerichtet. Auf die Hauptspeise haben wir jedoch mind. 45 Minuten gewartet, inkl. der Portion Pommes Frites für die Kinder. Es wurde als Beilage Risotto angeboten und trockenes Ebly ohne Sauce, Käse usw. serviert. Das Frühstück war ganz in Ordnung, jedoch wurde schlecht nachgefüllt und beispielweise Alternativen für Kuhmilch waren nicht im Angebot. Der Mitarbeitende an der Reception war extrem unmotiviert und gleichgültig; keine Begrüssung, keine ordentliche Verabschiedung, kein Nachfragen nach der Zufriedenheit und keine Kulanz betreffend der Einlösung eines Gutscheines. Man könnte so viel mehr aus dieser Unterkunft machen, wenn die Gastfreundschaft und der Servicegedanke etwas mehr Priorität hätten. Mit Kleinkindern ist das Hotel zudem nicht zu empfehlen.
