“5” Service was great, and it is located just a 15-min drive away from the airport. There are lots of eateries nearby even at early midnight.

The hotel is a bit far from the airport, but they offer a free pick-up service. You just have to call for them to pick you up and they can drop you off the next day at the airport. It is very convenient. I asked other passengers for help to be able to call in Chinese, because my Chinese is not good. But it was very easy in the end. The woman at the reception is very friendly, despite a very late arrival and she even called me in the morning so that I would not forget myself. The room is big, there are all the amenities inside and it is clean, good value for money. I highly recommend this hotel, I used it myself for transit and I do not regret it!

I booked this hotel due to its proximity to Kunming Airport, just a 15-minute drive away, and the convenience of a free shuttle service provided by the hotel. With an early morning flight at 7:20 am, the location was perfect as we needed to check in 3 hours before departure, as advised by the helpful hotel staff. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of food options nearby. Although we didn't get to try the hotel breakfast, they kindly packed meals for guests rushing to catch early flights. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone with early morning flights!

I thought this was just a standard transfer hotel, but was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well-furnished it was. The one restaurant on-site we tried was delicious and clean. Really great value for the price. Highly recommended.

The landlady is very nice, the room is clean and sanitary, and the airport pick-up and drop-off are free. The environment is very good, highly recommended! There is also a barbecue outside. It is very good and delicious. The name of the restaurant is Sichuan Barbecue. It is very delicious. I will stay here next time.

We found the gym well equipped for a hotel stay, staff went above and beyond, breakfast was amazing, and the team are very quick to fix any issues. The room was upgraded for free, and two glasses of lemonade were given. The facilities were complete, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and there were also disposable toilet mats and alcohol disinfectant tablets. The restaurant started dining at 6:30 in the morning, and we had an appointment to drop off at 5:30 in the morning. The front desk packed breakfast for us to take away, which was very considerate. A small suggestion: Wake-up service is available, but don’t keep calling to urge you unless you are late. Under normal circumstances, guests have made an appointment for the airport drop-off time and have their own rhythm in arranging the time. The front desk told me that it takes 15 minutes to get from the hotel to the airport. I checked the time when I got on the bus and it took less than ten minutes.

I booked this hotel because it's fairly new and close to the airport. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast was good. However, the AC didn't work very well in my room, so it was a bit chilly during the night. The staff willingly tried to help but they didn't solve the problem. I must say that I like having xiaodu the AI virtual assistant in the room it helped to make my stay more comfortable.
