"I stayed here with my parents, after looking at many places, we chose this one and stayed for 4 nights.
It's a 7-minute walk to People's Park and a 10-minute walk to Kuanzhai Alley (Narrow Alley section).
**Facilities**: Very thoughtful, with attention to detail. The family room had two double beds, a good size, and even a bathtub. They provided disposable toiletries.
**Environment**: The outdoor environment is beautiful; my parents said every step was a scenic view, very charming.
**Service**: The service was superb! On my first day, I left my traditional Chinese medicine at the front desk, and they didn't mind me picking it up twice a day. We also happened to be there during the Qixi Festival event, so we made beautiful fans and they even took pictures for us.
Oh, and the breakfast each day was served individually – sandwich, rice noodles, noodles, porridge sets – all delicious. Plus, if you have an afternoon flight on your last day, they'll even deliver your luggage to the airport or train station, which was amazing! It's right at the domestic departure level, very convenient.
**Hanfu Experience**: We changed into Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) when making the fans; they were very clean and pretty.
**Distinguished Guest Chinese Style Afternoon Tea**: We enjoyed the afternoon tea on our last day. We could even have it on the second-floor terrace, which was very pleasant and relaxing."

Before leaving, we had lunch at Shang Palace restaurant. The food quality and creativity were top-notch, and the service was impeccable. They even gave us a box of Mid-Autumn Festival mooncakes, which provided a perfect end to our stay. I'm so grateful we made the right choice!
Just a small suggestion: the lobby on the second floor is grand and spacious, with plenty of room. It would be ideal to add more seating for guests waiting for family, drivers, or friends, so they can relax comfortably."

"When you first arrive you might be overwhelmed by how it looks at first, at least its entrance and elevator (at least that was my case after arriving somewhere around 11:30pm), but as soon as you meet the receptionist and the general vibe of the place I’m sure you’ll too find it to be a very comfortable, to not say the most comfortable possible hotel. The location couldn’t be any better, the cleanliness of the hotel is also to stand out, and the generosity of its workers is outstanding. They helped us to shop for some things online and were always willing to help on our needs, I even felt bad that I could only say hi and thanks in Chinese haha.
I can assure this is one of, to not say the best, hotels you could book in Chengdu. Might get you hesitant at first glance, but I couldn’t help but feel right at home when there.
If I ever come back here you can bet I’ll be booking this hotel.

"Really enjoyed our stay in the top floor suite with an amazing view overlooking Taikoo Li and the skyline. The location is perfect for a short visit, with Taikoo Li just outside, making it very easy to walk around. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, responding to our requests and questions instantly, they even helped us fill up the bathtub/pool while we were out so it was ready upon our return! Also loved the projector screen to watch tv. Many amenities like snacks, towels, robes, slippers were also provided. Overall, I highly recommend and would definitely return!"

"Really enjoyed my 6 days 5 nights here! The staff here all are very helpful. Always ask us if we needed any assistance. I ordered 4 deliveries, they brought to our room even if I told them I can pick up at lobby. They even helped us for the laundry as the laundry was still in use during that time. The room was very clean! We checked in at night, they helped us to upgrade our room to bigger room. The amenities all provided! Love the shampoo and hair dryer. The place was quiet even though is in the city. Nearby has a lot of restaurants and supermarkets so it is very convenient. The only regret is I didn’t get to try the activities in the hotel due to time constraints but will be back for next round!"

This was my second time staying at XiShu Garden Inn! It was just as great as the first time. My friend and I got a room with two full beds and the breakfast service. The room was clean everyday and the air conditioning was welcoming after our busy days! There is an adorable patio outside, too! We ate breakfast out there and also relaxed in the evening outside. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming.
One day we wanted to go to the LeShan Buddha and the hotel staff were kind enough to organize the trip for us. We paid them upfront and they found a driver/tour guide for us. It was a great addition to our trip!
I would absolutely recommend this hotel again.. especially since I stayed here twice!

Guest UserI didn't have much of a detailed plan for my short trip to Chengdu this time; I randomly booked this hotel, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. It was raining lightly on the day I arrived, and I got a bit wet dragging my luggage. As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, I immediately felt a sense of warmth. The front desk staff noticed me and proactively offered tissues. The check-in process was relaxed and unhurried; they didn't just rush through the procedures and even kindly reminded me to be careful of slippery surfaces due to the rain.
The first impression when I entered the room was how fresh and clean it was, with no stuffy odors. The layout was simple and comfortable. The bedding was neat and soft, and the lighting was gentle and not harsh. After a long journey, coming back to the room allowed me to completely relax. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, with all the corners well-maintained. The water flow was smooth, and the overall bathroom experience was excellent. The hotel's soundproofing was good; it was very quiet at night, and I had a peaceful and solid night's sleep.
At one point, when I went out, I accidentally left my umbrella near the elevator. I thought it would be difficult to get back, but I decided to contact the front desk just in case. The staff quickly helped me check the surveillance footage and successfully retrieved my item. This small incident particularly warmed my heart.
Overall, my stay was very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, but what was most remarkable was the genuine service. It wasn't just a rigid formality but sincere and thoughtful care from the heart. It's suitable for both leisure travel and business trips. It was a very pleasant stay, and I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Chengdu.

HehuoqingzhengThis is an ideal hot spring resort for families with kids during the summer. There are many free children's activities, keeping the little ones entertained all day. The hotel's garden and lake views create a wonderful ambiance, and the new Asian-style architecture is quiet and elegant, perfect for photos. Relying on the natural radon hot springs of Baima Yongquan, there's a rich variety of public hot spring pools. If you stay in a villa, you get a private hot spring, ensuring maximum privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is attentive and responsive, and the breakfast selection is plentiful. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, soaking in the springs and strolling around is incredibly relaxing. It's definitely my top choice for a short getaway and has already made it onto my 'revisit' list!

Piaoluo## Facilities:
1. **Outdated and Poorly Designed**: The facilities are quite old, and the design is impractical. For example, the shower and toilet are in the same area within the bathroom, with no separation. This means if someone is using the toilet, no one can shower, and vice-versa.
2. **Misleading Advertising**: Figures 1 and 2 in the hotel's promotional images, which are crucial for customers before booking, are completely different from what you see upon entering the room (as shown in the last three pictures). I'd like to ask the hotel management: where is the bathtub from your promotional photos? It's turned into a concrete basin, and it's incredibly dirty inside. There was no prior notification upon check-in – it's a complete mismatch from what was advertised.
3. **Hazardous Staircase**: The stairs in the room are extremely steep. You have to be very careful going up, and when going down, you *must* descend backward as per the hotel's instructions, because it's impossible to go down facing forward without falling.
4. **No Internal Elevator**: The hotel doesn't have its own internal elevator, and the staircases within the hotel are also very steep, making it genuinely difficult to carry luggage upstairs.
## Hygiene:
The overall hygiene in the room is acceptable. The wooden floor on the second level is clean, but that dirty carpet really shouldn't be there.
## Environment:
The hotel has been converted from a two-story commercial building. It's not noisy at night and is conveniently located within walking distance of the ancient city's snack street, Nanqiao Bridge, and the subway station.
## Service:
Service is just okay. After checking in, they provide some guide articles about nearby attractions and restaurants, but that's about it.

RexinsuPros: Very comfortable stay. I loved having a sofa to lounge on, a table to eat at while charging my devices, and a conveniently located luggage rack. The rain shower had excellent water pressure. They even provided a Dyson hairdryer and an iron, which was a nice touch. The large floor-to-ceiling windows were beautiful. The air conditioning was perfectly set and didn't need any adjustments – it's great how new everything felt.
Cons: Having to switch elevators to get to the room was a minor inconvenience, but the hotel entrance and the building are separate, unlike some high-rise hotels where you might run into tourists, so I guess it's acceptable. The delivery robot was incredibly slow; it took longer than if the delivery driver had come directly to the hotel. Also, despite being on a high floor, there wasn't much of a view yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing the city develop in the future.

There's a subway station right under the square, and People's Park, the museum, and the Chunxi Road panda climbing wall (a popular photo spot) are all within easy reach. While the hotel facilities are a bit older, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area with both a bathtub and a shower, and it's very clean. Housekeeping cleaned our room daily during our stay. The breakfast spread is fantastic. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded our room. I would definitely stay here again!

Guest UserSometimes I need a quick stopover in the city, usually returning from a trip or the night before an early departure. I always think a hostel will do the trick – they're cheap, and a bed is all I really need. I've tried this three times now, and this particular hostel had the best environment; it was very quiet. It's just a shame I was so worried about an early morning meeting that I didn't sleep very soundly. I had a brief chat with the owner, and you could easily tell she puts a lot of care into running the place. She requires everyone to change into slippers upon entering to keep the living areas clean. Smoking is only allowed in the hallway and on the rooftop. Housekeeping is done daily, and there was an electric mosquito repellent plugged in in the room. I appreciate her efforts and wish the place long-lasting success.
