It was written in the receptionist that it was exchanged for 1 set (bath towel, towel, foot wiping mat) per person, and it was exchanged twice because it stayed for 3 nights. I stayed with 3 people, but I went to replace (2 sets) once by 2 people, and then I went to replace (only one bath towel) again by 1 people. Then the receptionist said, ”I came to replace it earlier, didn't I?” I asked for a new one after I saw the dirty one in the recovery box because it was ”exchange”, but I was very uncomfortable with the way I said it. I was convinced that I was ”the mother of the room”, but I was shocked by the remark that I thought it was a bad customer who came to exchange many times before other customers were there. If even one bath towel is suspected, it is good to take measures such as putting a towel set of people in a bag in the door knob in the room where there is a request that does not enter the cleaning? (In fact, there were such responses in other hotels.) It may be trivial, but I wrote it because I was uncomfortable with the receptionist's response.
