"The hotel is conveniently located right next to Seven-Star Crags. Since we were traveling with seniors and children, walking to the South Gate of Seven-Star Crags and then to Longyan Cave was manageable, as neither the elderly nor the kids were keen on long walks. The hotel is large and new. We only got to use the water park because we didn't have much time at the hotel, and I wasn't sure what other kid-friendly activities were available. The staff called the day before, but I didn't add them on WeChat, which was fine. All the hotel staff were very nice. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Zhaoqing."

Hotel near Mount Luofu,Boluo
**At the Foot of Luofu Mountain, a Courtyard Embraces Mountains and Waters** Nestled within a national first-class water source protection zone, with the main peak of Luofu Mountain at its back, a 70-acre landscape of mountain wilderness unfolds in tranquil splendor. One main building and five courtyard villas hide among the woods, where Song‑dynasty aesthetics blend with untamed nature—solid wood latticed windows whisper ancient charm, while skylights frame drifting clouds in flowing light. **A Stay That Embraces** A lake‑side meeting room, a forest reading nook, and private courtyard hot springs (rich in mineral spring water); a 20‑acre lake mirroring the peaks, and over 40 acres of lychee and longan orchards alongside an organic vegetable garden, green through all seasons. A lakeside walking trail, a waterside terrace, and a mountain‑spring swimming pool—every step is a scene. **Five Paths to Self‑Renewal** Fishing and foraging, fireside tea brewing; hand‑washing meditation, agarwood mindfulness; nature‑based healing, wood‑fired bread baking, and peaceful Go sessions... Move or rest, as your heart dictates—be fully present in the moment. **All‑Purpose Spaces** Nearly 1,000 square meters of lawn with an open‑air stage, projection area, and fireworks zone; a Chinese restaurant sourcing only pristine ingredients. Ideal for team building, product launches, themed salons—or simply a quiet corner for one book and one cup of tea. **Enter the Mountains, Enter the Hidden Realm—Return to Your True Home** Every stay is a journey of re‑centering body and soul. We run this guesthouse with warmth and intention, so that your visit becomes more than an arrival—it becomes a ritual of reuniting with yourself. — **Puruo**: Enter the mountains, enter the pure, enter the peace of mind.

"Hidden in the secret world at the foot of Luofu Mountain, backing the mountain and facing the lake, and unloading all urban anxiety as soon as you step into the yard. The homestay comes with elegant collection activities such as copying scriptures, musk, tea tasting, and other activities. When you are free, you can walk around the lake and fish by the lake. On rainy days, the mountains are surrounded by clouds and mist, like living in ink paintings. The floor-to-ceiling windows of the room face the mountain view, the private soup pool relieves fatigue, the bedding is soft and clean, and the sanitary details are full. Butler service is intimate and gentle, and will not be excessively disturbed; the restaurant uses its own vegetable garden ingredients to make Hakka mountain wild vegetables, which taste authentic. Slow down here and empty yourself, full healing, will stay here next time you come to Luofu Mountain!"

The Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen is located in Futian's central business district, near Shenzhen Civil Center, Futian High Speed Train Station and the Shenzhen Exhibition Center, just steps from the metro station Line 1, Line2, Line 3 and Line 7, 30 minutes' drive from Shenzhen Airport, 25 minutes from Shekou Port, 14 minutes’ by High Speed Train from Hong Kong West Kowloon and five minutes from Futian Port. This Shenzhen hotel offers elegant, comfortable rooms and suites, including spacious apartments. A seven-story deluxe villa, the Shangri-La Futian offers guests unforgettable service. A high-quality business center and fitness facilities also ensure all guest needs are met.

"I chose this hotel because I was going to Hong Kong 🇭🇰, and it was so convenient! It's just a 100-meter walk to Futian Railway Station, and the subway is also easily accessible. My child really wanted to take the subway, so we went to Hong Kong. The two round trips were really unpleasant. This place is part of China, yet you have to put up with the attitudes of the people there; they look so impatient, as if we mainlanders owe them something. Without our mainland fish, how would your economy grow? I'll never go there again. Shenzhen is much better, with great food and a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel was good too 👍. Seeing Hong Kong people coming to Shenzhen to spend money, it makes you realize how much more affordable the mainland is. A bowl of noodles in Hong Kong costs over a hundred, and everything is expensive. I'll definitely come back to Shenzhen for food, drinks, and fun. Happy! There were no crowds at Disneyland during the summer vacation 🤗, and there will be fewer and fewer people in the future. Welcome to Shanghai Disneyland, where you don't have to deal with anyone's bad attitude; just let loose and have fun!"

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

This was my first stay at the Shenzhen Marriott Hotel, and honestly, it was a mixed bag – some good, some not so good. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were excellent, very friendly and helpful. However, the staff at the entrance and the bellhops were quite disappointing. They weren't proactive in assisting guests, and for a hotel, the first impression often comes from the entrance staff. This really detracted from my overall experience. The front desk staff were polite and said everything was fine, but the baggage handlers were truly awful. On the positive side, the dim sum at the restaurant was exceptional. So, if I ever consider staying here again, I'll definitely have to think long and hard about it. I honestly don't understand how a five-star hotel can have such a stark difference in service quality. For a first-time guest at the Marriott Shenzhen, it was certainly a memorable experience, but not entirely for the right reasons.

My stay at the Guangzhou Estanton Hotel was absolutely perfect, a definite five-star experience! The front desk staff were attentive and polite, and my room was clean and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom even had a large bathtub. The soundproofing was excellent. The hotel has its own swimming pool and gym, and the breakfast spread was diverse and plentiful, with everything from Cantonese dim sum to Western-style light meals. The location is convenient, not far from the subway, making travel easy. The public areas are well-maintained, with an elegant and quiet atmosphere. It’s suitable for both business trips and leisure stays, offering fantastic value for money. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guangzhou. Highly recommended to everyone!

A huge shout-out to Vanilla at the front desk of The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy! My stay was absolutely perfect. The lobby ambiance is grand and elegant, and the location is superb. However, the most outstanding aspect was undoubtedly the professional service from the front office team. A special thank you to Front Office Director Perry and the entire front desk team: Hedy, Jimmy, Jennifer, Molly, Erin, Dannie, Koko, Sahar, Joy, Bella, and Eva. The whole team is incredibly well-trained and works seamlessly together, maintaining order even during peak check-in times. Both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and quick. The team members were consistently gentle and polite, proactively explaining hotel facilities, local transportation, and member benefits. They were prompt in responding to requests for luggage storage, coordinating room needs, and answering inquiries. Their attention to detail was exceptional, perfectly embodying the Ritz-Carlton's 'Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen' philosophy. Each team member was patient, meticulous, and handled situations with poise, resolving issues efficiently and thoughtfully. There was no cumbersome waiting at any point, and my travel fatigue instantly melted away. When I visit Futian next time, The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy will still be my top choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

CNAnonymous User
This is an older hotel located in a bustling area. The sea-view rooms offer a distant glimpse of the 'Fisher Girl' statue, though it's more of a 'glimpse' than a full 'view.' It's a shame that for such a well-known, established brand, the facilities are quite disappointing. It's also not very friendly for those driving. On a weekend affected by Typhoon Nangka along the coast, hotel parking became a real headache. Most of the B1 parking is outdoors, so you're bound to get wet in a downpour. B2 is an underground garage, but it's really only convenient for check-in. Once you're checked in and want to leave, it's a hassle. You check in at the front desk on the first floor. Out of 5 elevators, one is permanently stuck on the third floor. Of the remaining 4, only 2 go down to B2. To exit with your car after checking in, you first have to go to the first-floor front desk to scan a code. After scanning, if you get an elevator that only goes to B1, you either have to transfer to an elevator on the other side of B1, or hope you get lucky and catch an elevator that goes straight to B2. Because when you press the button on the first floor, the B1 elevator arrives first, and the B2 elevator will show it's going up. Unless there are other guests in the elevator also going to the garage, but you still need to scan on the first floor to leave, so the chance of getting a direct elevator to B2 is practically zero. The rooms are a bit larger, but the amenities are inferior to newer hotels. Tissues are only available at the sink; there are no tissues on the desk or nightstands in the room. The bathroom also lacks disposable toilet seat covers, which was quite disappointing.

I was in Zhuhai for a business trip and decided to try out the Hengqin Bay Hotel. To my surprise, it turned out to be an exceptionally outstanding and versatile high-end hotel, perfectly balancing work efficiency and vacation leisure. First, let's talk about the location. It's right next to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, making it incredibly convenient for both business appointments and leisure activities nearby. The hotel's shuttle service is always on time, and if you're driving, parking is super convenient with clear signage. The lobby is luxurious and grand, making it perfect for business meetings. For me, the room facilities were absolutely perfect. There's a dedicated, spacious, and well-lit desk, with a non-glare lamp, and the internet speed is incredibly fast – no lag whatsoever during video conferences. The soundproofing in the room is excellent; you can't hear any outside noise, which is fantastic. The bedding is very comfortable, ensuring a high-quality sleep even on a business trip. The shower has great water pressure and consistent temperature, perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. The hotel's dining options are rich and diverse. The buffet offers a wide selection of salads, steaks, seafood, and authentic Cantonese cuisine, all delicious. The service is absolutely top-notch. From the concierge proactively helping with luggage to the housekeeping staff's daily thoughtful greetings, and even a considerate inquiry about my stay before I left – this kind of service, where they treat guests like family, truly warmed my heart. The hardware maintenance is also excellent; both the gym and pool are clean and tidy. In such an environment, you can work efficiently and enjoy a relaxing vacation. Check-out was quick, and the overall experience completely exceeded my expectations. It's definitely the best choice for a business stopover or a business trip.

CNGuest User
First off, a big thank you to Flora for arranging everything! We stayed at Wanghailou and MGM before this, and while those were satisfactory, Angsana's service truly surprised us. They upgraded our original sea view room to a 'Premium Sea View,' which was fantastic. The elevator goes directly down to the pool, and the way the pool blends with the trees here creates a wonderful, Bali-like atmosphere. Plus, the sunshine in Zhuhai isn't as intense as in Sanya, making it feel very relaxing – a much more laid-back vibe than the scenic pool at Wanghailou. The only minor point was on the other side of the pool, it seemed like it needed a good clean, as there was a bit of plastic trash. Since it wasn't a holiday, they also kindly arranged an early check-in and an extra hour for check-out, which I genuinely appreciated. At MGM, despite many empty rooms, they insisted on a 3 PM check-in, so comparisons are inevitable. The room facilities aren't brand new, but for the price point, they're perfectly fine, especially considering the neighboring hotels are over 3K. The Thai restaurant, 'Miyan,' was delicious; every dish was excellent, even better than most Thai restaurants. Irene also helped us secure the only private room, making for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. My only suggestion: the price of the Coke was unnecessarily high. The food prices were reasonable, but the Coke felt really out of place. Also, I'd suggest considering packages that include the minibar. For a resort hotel, a small investment there could greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, this was the best part of our trip, and we'll definitely be back!

This time I traveled from Hong Kong to Shenzhen for a business trip and stayed at the Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian. Joy, who was my contact person, was very reliable and handled all my issues quickly and efficiently without any fuss. The room cleaning was done properly, and both the bathroom and bedding were clean, allowing me to get a good rest when I returned to the room. All the in-room facilities worked well, and the WiFi speed was stable, so I could easily handle work in the evenings. The soundproofing of the room was decent, meaning I wasn't disturbed by outside noise at night. The hotel's location is convenient, with many restaurants downstairs, and it's easy to take a taxi to Futian Station for the high-speed rail. The entire check-in process was smooth, and I didn't encounter any problems. There weren't many fancy services, but they focused on fulfilling guests' basic needs well. As someone who frequently travels between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, my overall experience here was good, and I'll definitely choose this place again when I come to Shenzhen.

This is a classic hotel in the heart of Guangzhou, and its location is really good. The exterior also looks quite grand. The rooms are spacious, and the views from them are very nice. You can also go up to the 63rd floor for an even better view. Breakfast was decent, but it was a shame that during my three-day stay, the noodle station only had a chef on the last morning. I found the front desk service quite subpar. I waited in line for ages, and several male receptionists kept ignoring me or shunting me to a different queue. They were busy chatting casually with the guests in front of them and didn't bother calling the next person. They spent half an hour on pointless conversation, and it felt like it would never end. I was so annoyed waiting that they finally called out a female receptionist from the back to help me with my room card. Also, in the lobby, we were dragging our luggage around, and no staff member came over to offer assistance. Overall, I felt there was hardly any service. There's no self-service laundry room, which I think is a significant drawback. Since there are no room service robots, I had to go up and down to collect my food orders every time, which was a real hassle. The room hygiene was good, but I find it incredibly stingy for a five-star hotel to charge for a tiny bit of coke and other items in the minibar. Many hotels now offer complimentary minibars. To sum it up: excellent location, outdated facilities, and a poor service experience.
