First time staying with Hengqin Hyatt It was such a nice experience! My friend and I were staying for one night to check out Hengqin. It was also my first time staying with Hyatt group as I am a Bonvoy member. We were very pleased to be nicely taken care of by Eli who was very attentive to our needs. Definitely will revisit it again in the near future.

Very nice hotel to stay though it's a bit dated. Breakfast is a very good experience with a lot of food to select and they keep refilling till 10:30. Highly recommended!

This hotel is one of the best I stayed in Zhuhai, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is literally the best in town as it's connecting with one of the largest and high-end mall in town. Last but not the least, the faculties are 100 out of 100, the gym and swimming pool are nearly perfect.

The hotel is very good specially good for family children’s only the thing is their breakfast is not good maybe for Chinese people is ok but not for foreigners

This is a very nice hotel for family with kids. We bought the package including admission to the Ice and Snow Sports City and Children playground. You can freely in and out during the complete stay. It is just walking distance within the resort. There are two swimming pool, one for kids and one for adult with nice view. Kids loves the say. The restaurant is not as nice, however, you can just go across the street to the big shopping mall with many restaurants and also a supermarket.

Great hotel we had a little mix up at check in and didn’t get the correct room. We booked 1 king with 1 single with an extra bed for my 11yr old but ended up with just a king, so the hotel gave us 2 temporary beds and gave us free breakfast to make up for it so that was good otherwise it was a great place to stay. We didn’t get a chance to try any of the restaurants or pool but did get a chance to try out the gym which was good.

A hotel that is highly recommended for a vacation with family. We spent the night for 2 nights 3 days. Choosing facilities with entrance tickets to spacecraft & lunch rides The staff here are very friendly. Very helpful what we need. Even when the last day. Our child was given a gift by the staff who served us Our advice if there is an entrance ticket package with a spacecraft + ocean park package. Take the package. Because the rides there are very interesting Don't forget to bring a raincoat if you go to the ocean kingdom. Because there are rides that make you wet

It's incredibly convenient with a free shuttle bus service that takes only 3 minutes to get there, making it perfect for those looking to hit the slopes without any hassle. Service The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Room The room was modern and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. It was well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, I highly recommend the Sunac Mauve Hill Hotel for a short stay, especially if you're planning to visit the indoor ski. The combination of excellent service, prime location, and well-appointed rooms makes it a great choice.

Just as usual having had a nice and pleasant stay at the hotel. A very warm escort from especially from Winnie & Jane, who upgraded my room to a fabulous seaview room and offered us complimentary breakfast that got a wide range of food for having such a fruitful breakfast in the morning. I feel very satisfactory for all the arrangements.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Wingham Hotel in Shenzhen for one night, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. I would rate this hotel a solid 9.5 out of 10. The room was exceptionally spacious, immaculately clean, and well-lit, providing a very comfortable environment. The amenities were top-notch, adding to the overall quality of my stay. The hotel staff was courteous and efficient, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. Very decent hotel with wonderful food, facilities and service. Price is very affordable compared to other locations of Four Seasons Hotel. Especially recommend Matsuyi (Japanese restaurant) located on 6/F of hotel for lunch or dinner.

Mr. Mo 莫先生is also considerate, and the room very nice good. The room has been upgraded for free, and we will come back again next time

Family trip for our Anniversary. Very nice stay with alot of good services, staff were great and offered to help. Had morning breakfast and afternoon tea buffet, would recommend to go as its also close to KKOne mall and C Future city mall 3-4 mins away.

We had a wonderful trip in Shenzhen, and the stay in Hilton made the trip even better! the room was well conditioned at a nice temperature as well as the view, buffet and comfort. It is also conveniently situated right on the metro exit and one stop only to Huangqiangbei. The staff were kind and incredibly helpful, Summer added me on WeChat and provided high standard advice on hotel facilities, which I thought was very kind of her. The buffet breakfast has lots of varieties and the gym and swimming facilities are well maintained. I will come back next time if I need to go to Shenzhen.

I usually stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen during my business trips for its proximity and is always my choice even for my personal trips. Even if I only swing by Shenzhen for a day trip, I will definitely have my dim sum breakfast in 香宫 before moving off to next destination. This time round, I had a last minute booking for my birthday celebration and was pleasantly surprised by the hand written note from Cheng Li - the Guest relationship officer. Cheng Li wished me a happy birthday and prepared a delicious cheese cake which was considerately stored in the fridge for me. The room is also decorated with a handmade artwork using towels which symbolized my Chinese horoscope! I am very impressed by the details and effort. I will of course continue to stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen whenever I am traveling to Shenzhen and will definitely recommend staying there to my peers!

This is the second time I stayed here. We stayed here because going ski. The staffs here are all fantastically great. Super helpful. They even upgrade us to the lake side room. Everything u need included in the room. The fridge not cold enough. But the staff so nice will bring me bucket of ice every night. We stayed here for 4 nights. Highly recommended. Next time I might try their other two hotels. One small issue is they have a construction site outside It was here last Dec I came and it’s still here. It might have some noise at night and morning. Not non stop noise. But might have few big pound.

Excellent service. fitness center swimming pool and spa are amazing! Very good hotel. Minor problem about noisy tv and air con. Provided quick fix that night, and reassure me they will provide long term fix. Also gave me small gift to compensate. Overall handling the issue very well. Please remember to fix. And for me, I will choose this hotel again for sure. Thank you for the amazing service and stay!

Super clean. Got a welcome card and a box of tasty treats upon arrival. Located within walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. I stayed here two nights for work . Would return with my family for pleasure since there seems a lot to explore. The bedding was nice quality though the mattress a bit too hard for my taste.

The room was huge and a comfortable stay. However the block of the room was not connected to the hotel lobby. It was a short walk. Unfortunately I was traveling with my elderly parents with my mom who doesn’t walk very well. It was difficult. The restaurants were right at the opposite end of from our block. I did ask if the hotel can send buggy for my mom but they said it is only for block 9. The shuttle to the zoo is a short walk but again a distance for my mom. It brings you to the South Gate but you need to change another shuttle to the north gate if you want to take the train in the zoo. The circus is about 8-10mins walk for us but for my mom it was a good 20mins slow walk. Thankfully the security guard help my mom cross the road opening the railing on the side of the road so she doesn’t have to climb the stairs up and down the overhead bridge. But overall, I concluded that this is not exactly an elderly friendly hotel. I will probably reconsider staying here with elderly. I’m very sure that children will love the hotel though.

Needless to say it is an excellent hotel which is just above the Grandview Mall at the heart of Tianhe district of Guangzhou. There is no entrance from the shopping to the hotel, where the hotel explains that it is to avoid unnecessary entry from the mall. It is surely of a 5-star hotel standard. Easy to also get a rid from mobile app at the hotel entrance.

The hotel location is fantastic which is opposite Guangzhou Railway Station and 广州东站。Opposite is the main shopping district of GZ and surrounding many eating places. The hotel is supposed a 5 stars rated but it is old even though is well maintained. However the only con is the aircon system cannot be adjusted as it is centralized and it gets really cold at night.

Best stay ever in Guangzhou! Hotel room is spacious and clean. Bed is very big and comfortable, however the pillow is a little soft to our liking but we still had a good rest! Hotel is just beside a few of the shopping malls making it very convenient to do shopping and have our meals, it’s also very near the local metro station. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel, definitely lived up to the 5 stars hotel standard.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Guangzhou, China, based on a recommendation from my cousin who had visited a few months earlier. I’m pleased to give this hotel a full thumbs up. My positive experience began with Miranda at check-in, who was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making the process smooth and effortless. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. To top it all off, Miranda assisted me again during checkout to reverse the security deposit, completing my stay on a high note.

This W Hotel really did not live up to its name. We were given a room, so-called an upgraded room (jewel), darkened by low lighting and decor, with seemingly wet looking patch on the floor. The lights were not set properly. The view was bad. We complained and were given a better room (standard room actually) on a higher floor with better view and cleaner carpet. The breakfast did not match W name. The dim sum were not up to Guangzhou standard. The wonton was below average and the porridge was bland. We complained and the food improved the next day. On the last day of our stay, my husband was refused entry to bf. It was because of computer system problem and it was embarrassing for him. Should I be asked whether we would return for another stay, we will not.

It's a great experience to stay in Marriot Jinwan! We book a view of Jinwan Art Center and the view is stunning, breakfast with a huge variety. Recommended to place more staff in lobby for checkin and checkout to reduce the waiting time. Thank you @Jennet for the hospitality.

Huge hotel connected to the Chimelong Ocean World. Lots to do there. There are busses to take you to the various attractions. Food was good. This is not the place to stay if you don't have children. Water is expensive in the hotel (12rmb per bottle) you can get it cheaper in the park at 8rmb a bottle. They do provide 4 complimentary bottles of water per day for the hotel room. You can get more if you ask.

Positives Hotel quality and finishing were top notch, room decoration was impeccable.  They decorated the room for birthday celebration and Terry Our Butler bought in a chocolate cake late night on our return from dinner. The butler service was on the spot this time and even sent my pillow request past midnight The team understood both Cantonese as well as English better compared to the Shenzhen branch Breakfast was decent but seating was Adhoc as they turned the bar area also into breakfast tables so we were a bit cramp. They threw in a welcome drinks as Elite members. however the card had clearly state to submit this at recepy lobby but actually we should have taken it directly down to the 41st floor bar for consumption as they do not deliver this to a bedroom. Two pools on different floors however the indoor pool was 1.4 m deep which was not to child friendly. The indoor pool had a light Jacuzzi and to our surprise the changing room also had Jacuzzi with steam room and hot stone beds for free. The rooftop pool was not heated however they had powerful massage functions. Negatives We booked two rooms, one king and one twin because they only have limited twin rooms we had to be separated on different floor levels. We requested non-smoking rooms and the twin room was not available until very late in the evening for check-in and they kindly extended our stay until 3 pm for both rooms. The location is quite out of stick and the nearest shopping mall is a good 10 minutes walk outdoor. There areas some restaurants at the exhibition centre which am not sure were opened fully.
