An excellent Japanese restaurant with a large selection of dishes. The only drawback is the connection between the hotel and the shopping mall. It is so complicated and unnecessary to go around almost the entire hotel and the car entrance to get to the shopping malls car entrance again. It's as if someone deliberately wants to delay the transition from the hotel to the mall

amazing hotel in location and best customer service culture, which is noticeable at the doorsteps of hotel entrance by valet parking staff to receptionist and all over the hotel. restaurants and food are second to none. We had our first lunch at the Italian restaurant Sel & Miel , the food and staff are amazing, they surprised us with cake and flowers for our 50th wedding Anniversary and took alot of pictures for us by their Polaroid camera. Special thanks to the best housekeeping ever who surprised us with the setup of our room. we were touched by invitation from Nassira and Huda to have moroccan tea at the lobby bar. I would like to give special thanks to all staff of Lagoon restaurant, Suhila, yasmin, Hatim, Elma, Duwi ,luyoni, and lovely Balaneeis girls who take care of us during our 5 days stays. we definitely will come back and recommend The Ritz Carlton to our friends and family members.

I have arrived T 3:15pm and the room not ready I have waited 20 min and I asked the reception guy we should check in at 2pm This is what was mentioned in a trip.com. He told me they are third-party they can write whatever they want. This is what we got. If you’re not happy I can give you a refund and you go I will never go there again and I will tell all the people I know about this

I spent a fantastic week at The Chedi Katara Hotel & Resort. I was sad to leave this wonderful place. I have been to other Gulf countries and each country has its own specialty. Qatar has incredible street art, which is unlike anything else in the Middle East. Be sure to visit the Katara Cultural Village, as the hotel is located in this area of ​​Doha. The hotel offers its guests the opportunity to get to nearby attractions by buggy, which is very convenient! My driver was a very helpful and charming guy from Uzbekistan - Azamat, who accompanied me to the nearest metro station and to the Galeries Lafayette shopping center. The hotel has 3 restaurants. The most luxurious, located some distance from the hotel, is La Marsa. I recommend it to everyone! In addition to exquisite dishes, you will greatly enjoy the stunning views of the Persian Gulf. Breakfast is served in another restaurant - the one located in the hotel itself. I am very grateful to the charming Koyel (hostess) and attentive Davron (waiter), who served me at breakfast. Their warmth and hospitality charged me with positive energy for the whole day! At the reception, the beautiful Chaima and the wonderful Hanna always helped me. I am very grateful to the staff and personnel of the hotel, who made my holiday unforgettable!

Perfection. This hotel is perfection. If you are traveling and want to spend most of your time exploring and enjoying the great outdoors, I’m afraid I have some news. You will not want to leave your room at all. This hotel is if someone told you that you get to have a home away from home, except you get to stay in the lap of luxury and have your troubles cast away. Extremely clean Perfect service Tranquil Extravagant, but not in a way that overwhelms you, mostly in a way that comforts you and makes you want to stay forever. 5/5!

the building is good put they are not organizing the flats with the parking and the guests staying there very rude behavior and very noisy place the sound comung form everywhere street and people at the top and close to you cant sleep at night

I had the most amazing time at this hotel! The staff were so attentive and lovely. It started off a bit quiet but by the end they definitely knew us and made sure we were taken care of to the best that they could do. I throughly enjoyed myself here. Special thanks to Deni (Concierge supervisor) and all of the team including the cleaners too. Thank you all so much, I definitely recommend this hotel! Breakfast was great. Poolside was lovely.
