Totally underrated, It is not like a Hilton quality. No house keeping, breakfast was not enough.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful staycation at this hotel. The hotel was comfortable and provided a truly relaxing experience. We were impressed by the exceptional service we received. The hotel has decent rooms, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The location is inconvenient, especially if you need to be in West Bay or Mysharib, due to constant traffic. The service was mediocre at best, with no communication or efforts to accommodate guests. I requested early check-in and late check-out, but both were flatly refused. The rooms were freezing, and the perfume smell in the room was overwhelming. Despite mentioning this to staff, nothing was done to address it, nor were we offered a room change or any alternative solution. The pool bar experience was disappointing too. After waiting for over an hour, we had to approach the staff ourselves for a coffee, only to be told, “Do you want a paper cup to go?” The coffee shop downstairs took half an hour to assist me with a coffee, although it was empty, and by the time they were ready to take my order, my taxi arrived, which I was waiting for for an half hour. The reception staff was also a bit nosy and made me uncomfortable. Overall, not worth the stay for business travelers or anyone expecting good service and comfort. We.
