"Facilities: The panoramic suite has two bathrooms. Cleanliness: Relatively clean and comfortable. This was my second stay, but the Indian female receptionist at the front desk was not as friendly as the one we had during our first visit. We requested a higher floor, and this room type is typically on floors 2 to 4, but she insisted on putting us on the 2nd floor. The other staff members, including the cleaners, were as friendly and welcoming as ever."

"I truly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is perfect—right in the center and close to everything you need. The entire team is incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist. I especially want to thank Mr. Mark Diola and Mr. Mochen for their warm hospitality and outstanding support. They really made my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit."

"A beautiful hotel but falls short of 5 star service. The service received was pretty inconsistent as some members of staff and certain situations were dealt with to a top standard but the hotel fell short in other areas. The poolside was not staffed so on our 2 days that we spent there (would have spent more but it was boring), there was nothing provided to eat or drink. Spending time by the pool is a big part of my holiday so this was really disappointing. When I enquired with a staff member, I was told it is un-manned due to a lack of guests using the pool. This wasnt an acceptable reason. The other situation I had was when I asked if I could change money using my contactless card (we forgot our bank cards!) - 2 members of staff said it is possible then when I went to change the money, the manager(Nicole) came and advised that it actually isnt possible. Very unprofessional. Check-in was really nice and Kartik was friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the door was very, very helpful in all matters and 2 members of staff at Alnafourah were also very helpful and friendly. We watched football at Alnafourah and we were treated well and nicely accommodated. Another incident occured when we came back to our room following a visit to the pool and having had our room made up, there were no towels! I had to call twice to housekeeping to advise them as they took so long to respond then when a member from housekeeping arrived, he told me the towels will take an hour to arrive! Never experienced something like this at a 5 star hotel. I had to go down to reception to resolve the situation and I will say that Nicole did sort it out immediately, the housekeeping manager visited our room to apologise and provided a complimentary fruit bowl. Nicole also offered a wonderful gesture by giving us complimentary entrance to a beautiful 'brunch by the pool' evening dinner. This was a lovely gesture as the food on offer was delightful. The gesture was very much appreciated. The location of the hotel isnt the best as there isnt too much to do in the area but taxis are so easy to get, this isnt too much of an issue. Overall, a really nice hotel but in my opinion, falls short of 5 star standard but does provide good value for the price. Nice but I wouldn't stay here again. Overall service needs improvement."

"I lived in Doha many years ago, so I booked the rooms in this hotel for the location which is excellent. I have also paid a good rate as I booked those quite in advance (about 50 quid per night, per room). Unfortunately our staying was not that great. I am not really happy to write this review, because all the staff are extremely polite, courteous, and well mannered, all of them, really nice staff. However, feedback and reviews are given 'here and now', so to better describe the circumstances encountered during the visit. PROS - Very easy/hassle free check in/out, strong wi-fi, polite staff, super location, amenities near by and on site, comfy bed, super shower, overall cleanliness of the hotel. CONS - Upon check in, I asked for two rooms not near the lifts, as it could get busy and noisy. The receptionist said 'ok no problem' and, guess what, one room was far from the lifts, but my one was right next to it. Upon entering the rooms, in my room the bath mat was missing and I had to call them asking for one. In the other room, there was a tray with food leftovers in the fridge. Considering that the rooms were just been cleaned up, it is really bad. We had to call the house-keeping to have it removed and the fridge cleaned. The hair drier is kinda secured/clipped to the wall and it cannot be taken to the bath. I asked how we are supposed to dry our hairs if the drier is not in front of the mirror, they replied 'use the TV screen as a mirror!'. The coffee mugs and drinking glasses were never changed or washed, we had to wash them ourselves. On the kitchenette top, there was some coffee powder, that was never wiped off during our entire stay. Once back in the room, on the first evening, I realized that there were 3 pillow cases missing out of 4. I had to call them up asking to bring some and put them on. The house keeping were always missing something everyday, and we had to call them many times. The lifts are key-operated but they only allow the guests to their room floor. Mine was on 9th floor, the other was on 7th floor. We had to use the staircase if we wanted to go to each othe room which, by the way, was dirty. They have a metal detector at the entrance which is very noisy. The lobby is kinda smallish and gets cramped and busy at a times. Overall, it didn't feel like a 4* hotel, but more of a budget hotel. The house-keeping needs to improve and so the room cleanliness."

"I had an absolutely seamless and memorable experience during my recent stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah. The hotel is located just about 15 minutes from Hamad International Airport by cab, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Its central location also provides easy access to many of Doha’s key landmarks, shopping areas, and restaurants. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff stood out. I would especially like to mention from Housekeeping team Saurov, Lakhinder, and Damodar also others at the front desk, as well as the in-room dining team, who made my stay incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed, clean linens, and soft towels. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as a hairdryer, vanity kit, dental kit, room slippers, and prompt laundry services. The overall experience felt like receiving five-star service at a three-star price. As a solo traveler, I was particularly impressed with the hotel’s focus on security. The level of safety and attentiveness made me feel very secure throughout my stay. This is something I value deeply, and it made a significant difference in my overall comfort. The hotel also offers a range of food and beverage outlets, with a great selection of meals and snacks. I enjoyed the happy hours and special discounts available to in-house guests, which made dining in both enjoyable and affordable. Overall, my stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah was outstanding. The combination of excellent service, a convenient location, modern and clean facilities, and a warm atmosphere truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha, whether for a short stopover or a longer stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so special."

"Wonder Palace Hotel, Doha I stayed at this hotel but decided to leave due to two main issues: 1. Late Checkout Problem – They strictly ask guests to check out by 12 PM and do not allow even a 30-minute extension. This is not flexible or guest-friendly, especially for frequent travelers. 2. Parking Issue – The hotel does not provide valet parking. No driver or parking assistant is available during day or night. The hotel has only 27 parking spots in the B1 basement and around 6 in front of the building, which are usually full. So we are forced to park far away and walk back to the hotel – very inconvenient, especially with luggage or in hot weather. Why can’t the hotel keep just two valet drivers – one for the daytime and one for night? This is a basic service that many hotels manage easily. If they really don’t have drivers, I’m happy to provide one from my own company. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their services for future guests."

"Reception and service are pretty good. They are pleasant to help out on any inquiries and offer suggestions on local tours. Location is very close to MTR and some prime attractions. Room is spacious and comfortable though it is not a modern design."

"The room was a bit small, and the bathroom had black mold. The service wasn't great either. On our second morning, we had to queue for breakfast outside the door for about 15 minutes because the breakfast area was too small. However, the hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 10-minute walk to the National Museum, and the Museum of Islamic Art and Souq Waqif are also within easy walking distance. I also discovered a Chinese restaurant called 'Dragon Restaurant' about 100 meters across from the hotel. The food there was delicious, so we ended up having dinner there two nights in a row, although it was a bit pricey (a meat and a vegetable dish cost over 200 RMB). I saw a lot of people eating hot pot there, but I didn't check the prices for that. I hope this information is helpful for future travelers."

"Overall, the hotel does not worth this price. The lobby and building are ok. If you travel alone, that room can be a little bit uncomfortable in vibe. Staff were nice. Cleanliness: the room was clean. However, it smelled like old building, can emit their own odors over time. The scents in toilet is so bad, like sewage when I turned off ventilation during night time. Location: it is closed to Souq Waqif with around 18 mins walk. The area was quiet and safe. It can take sometimes to the airport, so I took Uber to go there. Service: people were friendly and even upgrade the big room for my family. They’re trying to make it easy for you. Amenities: the room and building were too old. Lighting is doomed. It’s bathtub, toilet were worn out and there’s defects. The hairdryer was historical and noisy. There was a lock door inside the master bedroom which is a bit creepy."

"Lovely and clean hotel. We got upgraded to 1 bedroom apartment on arrival which was nice. The room had everything you need from shaving equipment to toothbrush and toothpaste. The room had a kitchen which had a washing machine, a living room area with extra television and an extra WC for your convenience. The bedroom was en-suite with bath and shower. Breakfast was amazing. So much variety and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Really loved it."
