Mohammed ALNASERMy experience at The St. Regis Doha was truly wonderful, right from the first moment at reception with Ms. Gozde, I knew this hotel was beautiful in every detail – you can tell a book by its cover. Her sophisticated welcome, warm smile, and attentiveness to guests made a fantastic first impression. A big thank you to her for such excellent service and wonderful hospitality.
We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's luxurious facilities, from the exceptional and varied breakfast spread, to afternoon tea in the hotel lounge with its tranquil and opulent ambiance, as well as relaxing by the pool and sea in the beautiful, comfortable atmosphere.
The Grill restaurant experience was also absolutely fantastic, offering some of the most delicious meats we've ever tasted, coupled with excellent service and a distinctive atmosphere.
Thank you to all the hotel staff for their warm welcome and attention. It was an experience definitely worth repeating.

The Mandarin Oriental in Doha stands out from other MOs because it is surrounded by some very good dining and shopping experiences. On site there are a number of good dining options including Liang, Ambar, the cake shop, and Mosaic. We booked a stay here to celebrate our anniversary and enjoyed our visit.
The rooms are nicely appointed with sheer and blackout curtains for both the bedroom and bathroom. There was a small but very comfy couch and ottoman at the foot of the bed, and a small dining table/work area. We appreciated the quiet air conditioning that maintained a comfortable temperature during our stay. There was a lot of closet space and a large coffee/tea station including a Nespresso machine and large bottles of still water. The room was mostly clean but the table, night stands and shower needed some extra attention because there was debris left behind. The bathroom area is large and wonderful - there is a large bathtub and shower area, two sinks and some very good bath products.
We booked a half board package which included daily breakfast and lunch or dinner. The breakfast has a small buffet and quite a few made to order options you can get to your table. The menu our first morning was quite extensive but it was unexpectedly cut in half our second morning and the staff explained it was because they were offering a full buffet but they only had about three more items in the buffet area compared to the day before. We found out at check in that we could only dine at Liang for dinner and the menu was limited for this promotion so we only had a few dishes we could choose from. As a surprise they did offer us a small cheesecake from the Mandarin Cake Shop and my wife really enjoyed it.
We did go to the rooftop pool but it is very exposed and got too hot for us to stay too long. We appreciated that they gave us a small cooler with cold bottled water and came by to offer us some nice iced juices our first day there. There is a pool menu but it is a long wait for staff to come and they never came our second day. There is an indoor pool in the basement but you have to book a spa package or pay 150 QAR to access it even if you are a hotel guest.
While the staff we encountered were genuinely kind and helpful we found the service inconsistent at times. When we drove to the valet to check in there were only two cars in front of us and many valet staff but we were oddly ignored, unloaded our car ourselves, and had to approach the valet desk. We checked in just after 3 pm and they only had one staff member at the front desk. It took about 30 minutes for our bag to reach our room so we would recommend taking essentials with you to your room to not delay your experience. We had a turn down service our first night while we were out for dinner but nothing the second night and we had to call for service including asking multiple times for more shower gel. The front desk was nearly impossible to reach after 7 pm but they did tell us during our stay there is a nightly turn down around 6:30 pm which they missed but they came at 8:30 to refresh the room. We also found out when we went to use the Nespresso machine that it was not working properly.
The hotel is in an excellent location and is a short walk from Msheireb metro station to help access more of the city. Key attractions in Doha like Souq Waqif are within walking distance and it is not too far away from the Corniche, Museum of Islamic Arts or National Museum of Qatar. The valet service is free for guests of the hotel but has an initial fee and hourly rates so it can get pricey if you're not a guest at the hotel.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again. Great location and good food nearby makes this a very convenient hotel if you're looking to relax and spend more time enjoying your room.

dm_sThe hotel's location is excellent. From the airport, take the Red Line metro, then transfer to the Gold Line and get off at Waqif station. Take Exit 2, but instead of going through the glass door into Souq Waqif, head towards the elevator for Souq Al Najada. The hotel's main entrance is right outside this elevator. Perhaps because the main entrance isn't easy for parking, Google Maps tends to direct you to the road at the back entrance.
The hotel lobby and restaurant look quite grand. The rooms feel a bit dated but are still spacious and clean. It's very quiet at night, and the breakfast is good. There are plenty of restaurants in Souq Waqif itself. Housekeeping took a bit longer than expected, but the staff were very friendly. A big thank you to Obada and Khalid for cleaning our room.
Overall, it offers great value for money.

The best hotel on our Middle East four-country trip! We made so many wonderful memories here. The room was spacious and tidy. What I loved most was that we visited during the Christmas season; the hotel's decorations were absolutely charming! They even thoughtfully gifted us a Christmas cake and stockings filled with lots of small presents – it was incredibly heartwarming!!! Our daily routine was simply enjoying breakfast and then heading to the beach to relax with a drink. The breakfast spread was fantastic, five-star recommended! We'll definitely be back~

My stay at Millennium Place Doha was truly impressive from start to finish, and it easily earns a five-star rating. From the very first interaction, it was clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority. The team members are exceptionally welcoming, courteous, and attentive, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. Every request was handled promptly and with genuine care, making the entire experience feel effortless and personal.
One of the hotel’s strongest highlights is its excellent selection of restaurants. The range of dining options ensures there is something to suit every taste, whether you’re in the mood for international cuisine or familiar comfort dishes. Each venue has its own unique style and ambiance, which keeps dining exciting even over an extended stay. The food quality was consistently high, with well-prepared dishes, generous portions, and attentive service that made every meal enjoyable.
The leisure facilities further elevate the overall experience. Having both indoor and outdoor swimming pools is a fantastic feature and offers flexibility regardless of the weather or time of day. The indoor pool provides a calm and private environment, ideal for a relaxing swim, while the outdoor pool offers a refreshing and open setting perfect for unwinding and soaking up the atmosphere. Both areas are beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort.
Another standout amenity is the fully equipped 24-hour gym. This is especially convenient for travelers with busy schedules or those adjusting to different time zones. The gym features a wide range of modern equipment suitable for cardio training, strength workouts, and general fitness routines. The space is well organized, clean, and spacious, making it easy to enjoy a productive workout at any hour of the day or night.
Beyond the facilities, what truly sets Millennium Place Doha apart is the consistency of its service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, approachable, and eager to assist, which made the stay feel seamless and stress-free. Attention to detail is evident throughout the property, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the smooth operation of all amenities.
In summary, Millennium Place Doha delivers a well-rounded and high-quality hotel experience. With its friendly and dedicated staff, diverse dining options, excellent pool facilities, and a convenient 24-hour gym, it offers outstanding value and comfort. Whether visiting Doha for business or leisure, this hotel provides everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined and reliable hotel in the city.

We enjoyed a staycation at the Westin with a full board option. This is an all in one resort and has many good amenities including a nice pool area, great restaurants, and many other services on site. The hotel has a pleasant smell to it and the staff are super friendly and welcoming.
The room is very big with a large bathroom. The room had a lot of furniture including a comfy couch at the foot of the bed, a desk, a large tea/coffee station closet area, comfy bed and lots of cabinets and countertops to put our things. The bathroom was a standout for sure with a large closet area with lots of drawers, a large shower with excellent pressure, and a bath tub that could get a view of the TV in the bedroom. We appreciated the white tea scented bath products and lotion. The room was showing a bit of wear to the carpet and some of the cabinets but nothing major. We felt the room was good and clean.
With the full board we got to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. The breakfast was a good buffet filled with western and Asian options and was well stocked each morning. They made hot drinks to order which we enjoyed each day. The lunch was a la carte during our stay and we enjoyed some good steak, chicken and salads during our stay. The sticky toffee pudding at Seasonal Taste was a standout for dessert and we would recommend it. For dinner we were allowed to go to their Iftar tent and it was very good with plenty of options for sushi, pasta, Indian and Thai dishes. The baked fish and Thai curries were really well made for their Ramadan tent. There was also a Baskin Robbins ice cream cart at the iftar. We also enjoyed watching the live entertainment with the swirling dervish and a live band with Arabic instruments. They have some other good restaurants on site including Sabai Thai and Hunter's Grill but those were closed due to Ramadan. We have been at Seasonal Taste around the holidays and they will do special dinners and brunches so it is worth checking out. We had a bit of a mix up on our last day for lunch but the hotel resolved it quickly.
The main pool area was closed during our stay but we had access to the indoor pool which was nice and empty when we visited. They have nice and clean locker rooms by the main pool and near the indoor one as well. We used the Heavenly Spa desk to use the squash courts, fitness studio and booked a massage. Staying at the hotel gave us access to the indoor pool and preferred rates for both the squash court and massage.
There is not much near this hotel other than other hotels which also have some good restaurants. The metro station is also a bit of a walk from here and there is not too much to do in the area so we would recommend staying in and maximizing your time at the hotel if you are booking here. If you do need to go out we would recommend taking Ubers.

The_Ross_1I lived in Doha many years ago, so I booked the rooms in this hotel for the location which is excellent. I have also paid a good rate as I booked those quite in advance (about 50 quid per night, per room). Unfortunately our staying was not that great. I am not really happy to write this review, because all the staff are extremely polite, courteous, and well mannered, all of them, really nice staff. However, feedback and reviews are given 'here and now', so to better describe the circumstances encountered during the visit.
PROS - Very easy/hassle free check in/out, strong wi-fi, polite staff, super location, amenities near by and on site, comfy bed, super shower, overall cleanliness of the hotel.
CONS - Upon check in, I asked for two rooms not near the lifts, as it could get busy and noisy. The receptionist said 'ok no problem' and, guess what, one room was far from the lifts, but my one was right next to it. Upon entering the rooms, in my room the bath mat was missing and I had to call them asking for one. In the other room, there was a tray with food leftovers in the fridge. Considering that the rooms were just been cleaned up, it is really bad. We had to call the house-keeping to have it removed and the fridge cleaned. The hair drier is kinda secured/clipped to the wall and it cannot be taken to the bath. I asked how we are supposed to dry our hairs if the drier is not in front of the mirror, they replied 'use the TV screen as a mirror!'. The coffee mugs and drinking glasses were never changed or washed, we had to wash them ourselves. On the kitchenette top, there was some coffee powder, that was never wiped off during our entire stay. Once back in the room, on the first evening, I realized that there were 3 pillow cases missing out of 4. I had to call them up asking to bring some and put them on. The house keeping were always missing something everyday, and we had to call them many times. The lifts are key-operated but they only allow the guests to their room floor. Mine was on 9th floor, the other was on 7th floor. We had to use the staircase if we wanted to go to each othe room which, by the way, was dirty. They have a metal detector at the entrance which is very noisy. The lobby is kinda smallish and gets cramped and busy at a times. Overall, it didn't feel like a 4* hotel, but more of a budget hotel. The house-keeping needs to improve and so the room cleanliness.

Guest UserI had a wonderful stay at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Doha. The hotel offers excellent facilities and is very well located—just a short walk from the metro station and close to many main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What impressed me most was the staff: they were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha for either business or leisure. Great value for money and an overall pleasant experience!
