"I can’t go there after my booking because I miseed my flight to Doha, I contact the hotel and explain the situation but they said I need to contact to trip.com, after I contact trip.com they try to contact the hotel again and they reject my change date because of I missed my flight. I will not recommend this hotel if you have the same situation with me. Also I got deducted twice for this booking it’s so annoying."

"I had an absolutely seamless and memorable experience during my recent stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah. The hotel is located just about 15 minutes from Hamad International Airport by cab, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Its central location also provides easy access to many of Doha’s key landmarks, shopping areas, and restaurants. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff stood out. I would especially like to mention from Housekeeping team Saurov, Lakhinder, and Damodar also others at the front desk, as well as the in-room dining team, who made my stay incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed, clean linens, and soft towels. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as a hairdryer, vanity kit, dental kit, room slippers, and prompt laundry services. The overall experience felt like receiving five-star service at a three-star price. As a solo traveler, I was particularly impressed with the hotel’s focus on security. The level of safety and attentiveness made me feel very secure throughout my stay. This is something I value deeply, and it made a significant difference in my overall comfort. The hotel also offers a range of food and beverage outlets, with a great selection of meals and snacks. I enjoyed the happy hours and special discounts available to in-house guests, which made dining in both enjoyable and affordable. Overall, my stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah was outstanding. The combination of excellent service, a convenient location, modern and clean facilities, and a warm atmosphere truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha, whether for a short stopover or a longer stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so special."

"The room was a bit small, and the bathroom had black mold. The service wasn't great either. On our second morning, we had to queue for breakfast outside the door for about 15 minutes because the breakfast area was too small. However, the hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 10-minute walk to the National Museum, and the Museum of Islamic Art and Souq Waqif are also within easy walking distance. I also discovered a Chinese restaurant called 'Dragon Restaurant' about 100 meters across from the hotel. The food there was delicious, so we ended up having dinner there two nights in a row, although it was a bit pricey (a meat and a vegetable dish cost over 200 RMB). I saw a lot of people eating hot pot there, but I didn't check the prices for that. I hope this information is helpful for future travelers."

"The hotel's location was a major highlight, situated in the heart of the business district. My room was spacious and very comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The fantastic views from the room added to the experience. Breakfast was enjoyable, offering a diverse selection of delicious food. The 24-hour gym was well-equipped and highly convenient."

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The place looks very new and everything was working perfectly during my stay. The room has a kitchen with a microwave, which is very useful for longer stays. I think it would be even better if they added some basic kitchen supplies like plates and cutlery. The air conditioning was excellent, the room was clean, and very comfortable. The location is also very good — about 5 minutes walk to the beach and around 15 minutes walk to DECC metro station and City Mall. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great with good options. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again."

"The hotel was fantastic, especially because of the wonderful receptionist team. The hospitality and the way the staff treated us were truly exceptional. At the reception, an African gentleman who spoke English fluently assisted me with checking into my room. He truly deserves recognition. He greeted me warmly, attended to my needs thoughtfully, and interacted with me as if we had known each other for years."

"I didn't eat here, so I can't comment on the food. It's a centrally located hotel that offers good value for its price. The staff were well-meaning and helpful. They gave us coupons for their affiliated beach, but we weren't allowed to bring snacks from our bag into the beach. It would have been better if we had known this beforehand."

"The service was excellent! The front desk staff upgraded me to a studio because I was traveling alone and accidentally booked a smoking room. I'm sure this room change made a huge positive difference to my stay over the past few days! The room was spacious, absolutely fantastic! The pillows were a bit too flat and soft, though. I stayed for 3 nights. On the first night, even past 1 AM, there was still constant and rhythmic dragging of tables and chairs coming from upstairs, which made me involuntarily think the worst. Luckily, this didn't happen on the next two nights. I hope I wasn't just scaring myself. Overall, it's definitely recommended! 👍🏻"
